Not the original toe box design
No, I do not recommend this product
I was excited to receive these, looking forward to the comfy Keen wide toe box I am familiar with. But, these shoes are not designed that way. The toe box is narrow and tight; not at all like the previous Keens I have. The cut of the arch is also oddly placed (imho) as the arch is on the outside edge, rather than under the natural foot arch.They are certainly made well and appear to be quality material. However, they are a departure from the original keen design, and would likely be better for narrow feet.

Honest review
First off, the toe box is wide as expected but also quite high. Toes wiggle bit too much. Comfort out of the box is the same as my worn out Oboz. They are wider than expected and the eyelets could be spaced 1/4" more towards the outside. The result feels like my feet are swimming a bit. As these break in, the spacing between the eyelets might be less that 1/2" resulting in a less support feeling. I feel these are less of a lightweight hiker/trail jogger and more of a low top boot. The tongue is narrow and the top lacing is higher than usual resulting is rubbing in at the high ankle. It's difficult to find appealing look , but this style caught my eye and ultimately resulted in my purchase.

Strange fit
Not happy with this purchase. The left shoe feels like the arch is on the wrong side, there’s a bump that hurts my foot. And the right one feels like it doesn’t hug my heel no matter how tight I lace them. I’ve had Keen before and really liked them, but this pair has been uncomfortable. I worn these almost everyday for two weeks and I’m ready to switch brands.
