[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned over 25 different Keen boots or shoes for as long as I can remember but this one style finally hit a brick wall. Contrary to the sizing guide, it doesn’t fit even if the laces are totally loose and it’s totally uncomfortable
I bought these waterproof hikers to keep my feet warm and dry. They are comfortable and good looking. The problem is that I find the soles to be hazardously slippery on wet surfaces. I live in rainy Oregon and have slid on wet sidewalks, fallen off the wet step of my truck, and have serious concerns for Half Dome hikers trapped by rain storms.
These shoes look and feel great, but more than once I've been surprised how slippery they are on wet concrete. The aggressive tread will probably compensate on wet trails, but I'ld have serious doubts about them on the side of Half Dome in a sudden rain storm. Use caution unless you live in a desert.
The shoes fit comfortably and are very light. They are flexible, so, it’s easy to get them worn in
Great Shoe. I like the looks, comfort, and durability, perfect for everyday active lifestyle.
Nice fit (I am a size 13, often shoes are too tight), roomy at the toes.
