They should warn about shrinkage in the descriptio
No, I do not recommend this product
I couldn't find washing instructions in the description before I bought them, and my husband removed the labels without reading the washing instructions. I washed them in the machine with cold water on delicate cycle, then dried them in the drier on low heat. They shrank from a men's large to a size that was perfect for my feet, which are women's size 7. I think they should be more honest in the description when special care is required. I never buy things that require too much special care. The quality of the materials and workmanship is very good, but I need socks that can be washed and dried in a machine.

This particular pair of socks is my favorite of all the ones I got from the smartwool in the last year because they aren’t too tight. I am female but apparently my body is weird lol/? I am average height and weight. So a lot of the large women’s are tight on my ankle and bunch up at the ankle bend and cause compression of the skin which makes me uncomfortable and worry that it’s not healthy for me but these are very well fitted they’re not too big but they’re not causing these compressive marks. Plus they’re warm and comfy.
