Not too sure.

Not too sure about this yet. Tube was awkward to open; the "bar" slides up and down when I am trying to use it; it seems dry and hard to rub and spread; I haven't been able to apply it satisfactorily yet. I am still hopeful that I will figure it out.

Useful For Dry, Peeling Hands

Does exactly what I expected it to do, a little smaller than I expected but it will last a while because you don’t have to use too much.

Lotion Bar

Great for conditioning those calluses and soothing sore hands after climbing. Prefer the tube vs the tin packaging here as well

#1 life-saving product

I have always had extremely dry skin on hands. ClimbON bar is unparalleled and I have never found a non-prescription product that can help my hands which is better. I would not survive as well in this world without it. The ONLY disadvantage to other products is you need to plan about 20 minutes of not using your hands for much after application if you put on a heavy layer. This is the best product for dry skin I've ever used.

A little greasy

I've used ClimbOn for a couple years, and bought this bar after using a different balm for the last year. In comparison to other options, this stuff feels a little greasy, while other balms seem to rub in better. I can't speak to its relative healing powers, but it smells ok, about average, a little on the artificial side.

New climb on

Still good stuff. It seems they changed the recipe a bit as the smell and feel are a little different but it still works well. The application with this tube rather than the old puck style in a tin is harder to apply a thick layer. Otherwise this would be a 5 star

Didn't realize this is now one, 2-oz block, not two, 1-oz blocks

When I've bought this in the past it's come as two, 1-oz blocks, which is perfect to refill my old tins, but this one arrived as just one, 2-oz block. Just slightly annoying to have to cut it in half.

Great for healing splits

I mostly use this for covering up split tips while healing. Look up Jonathan siegrist tips for splits and you’ll see what I mean. Speeds up the recovery quite a bit.

No more cracking

Great solution for dry and cracked fingers. Bonus - also works for cracked heels. I do miss the old metal container.
