Thank you!

Thank you backpacking gods for delivering this to my feet. Seriously, this pack SAVED me when I got horrible toe blisters on a 3 day high sierra trip. I didn't realize they were forming until it was mostly too late. But the spots I taped ahead of time came out blister free and the spots that developed mind blowingly large blisters were protected and comfortable until I was able to address once the trip was over. I would say this is enough for a blister prone person for a three day trip.

Saves the hike

I first used this in the 1980s when my primary concern with a hiking boot was that it looked good. I bought a pair before my hiking honeymoon and bought the Spenco after the first day. It saved the remaining hiking days. BTW Spenco's quality outlasted the marriage. :D

Used to be better

My go to for abrasion and blister protection when skiing. They’ve changed the size and tackiness when ‘improving’ the product and it’s not as good as it used to be but it will still be my go to

works great

I got a huge blister on the bottom of my foot on vacation and was in danger of spending the whole week limping around. I had a lot of activities planned that involved walking. I used all three parts of this kit and they worked great. The blister healed great and did not impede my activities at all. Will definitely keep one of these on hand.

There are better options

As soon as I put the tape on, I can pass my finger over the edges, and it rolls up. Leukotape doesn't do that. A single roll of Leukotape with last you 10 years! I've narrowed my blister kit down to 2 things. Compeed Advanced Blister Care kit with Leukotape over the top.

Works wonders

This is the second time I am buying this item. It works great on blisters and hot spots. The adhesive holds the padding in place for multiple days. I make sure I always have this item in my backpack before a day hike or backpacking trip.

Good but small quantity

The gel pads are great but there's only a few in the kit along with a bunch of moleskin pads. It's a good thing I also had gauze pads, tape, and band-aids available.

Life changing

I bought this kit back in 2017 when my son was on the cross country running team and was constantly dealing with blisters. He stubbornly refused to use them so they say in the medicine cabinet . Fast forward to present day where my daughter got some expensive futsal shoes that were causing her blisters. She tried the old blister package items and declared them "life-changing". She could now walk without pain. So after all this time, I have replenished my stock. Great product. I wish it was still available locally.
