Good lotion, bad shipping/packaging
The lotion is great! My only complaint is somewhere in the shipping and/or packaging of the product. When it arrived in the mail, lotion was oozing from the bottle. I wiped it clean and the pump wasn’t working, which is inconvenient. The pump pumps, but nothing comes out, so I have to unscrew it and scrape around the bottle with the straw thing each time I want to use it.

Always keep a bottle in my car! Originally got to keep those hands sending on long climbing trips…now a part of my winter kit too living in a really dry climate. Smells amazing and does the trick, but without being super heavy or greasy. Have tried a lot of different climber’s skincare “repair” creams/balms; this will always be my go-to.

Found this last year at a climbing gym and decided to get more. Helps soothe and repair skin but doesn’t remain greasy like a climbing salve such as climb on. Worth the price imo.

My 10-year-old daughter was new to climbing and her hands got pretty tore up because she really went for it her first few times. We got her some of this and it worked amazing!!

Great for hands and feet
I use the repair on both my hands and feet nearly every day. It feels hydrated, without being goopy, and I love the smell. Without it, my feet tend to crack because I’m in and out of the water while boating so much during the summer season.
