Get it only if you want a Fast Fly Shelter

The real value of this accessory is that it allows pitching just the Wyoming 4 Fly and poles as a shelter. Get this (pricey) footprint if you think you’ll be wanting to pitch just the fly, otherwise just go to the paint aisle of your chosen big box and pickup a couple of drop cloths. Also, what with using table and chairs, changing shoes, etc. in the tent center vestibule area, that area of the footprint gets a lot of wear and dirt. We felt we needed a footprint to protect the footprint so we put cheap drop cloth down there anyway. And be aware that the Wyoming Trail 4 footprint is 20 feet long - a lot to deal with when you’re trying to clean and dry it out after getting home.
