My millionth pair of Saucony shoes. They fit my wide feet perfectly and are so comfortable. I recommend all their styles. I'm not a runner but I walk a lot and these are stylish and lightweight.
These are wonderfully comfortable shoes! I wear orthotics and have wide feet, so I am picky about my running shoes. I also like the fact that the drop from back to front is minimal.
I recently bought these shoes, and have loved them so far. I have only use them for the gym including exercise classes and running on the track. They fit my slightly wider forefoot and the shoe laces are a little stretchy so they stay tied. They are very light, so I think I will really like them when they become my running shoes later this spring.
There were two issues with the shoes. First, whenever I stepped, the front of the shoes would bunch up, even though they were the right size. Second, they were hurting my pinky toe. Either there is a fundamental flaw in the design or I got a defective model. I had to return the shoes as they were so uncomfortable, I could not wear them.
PROS: Shoe is gorgeous, good fit typical of a Saucony size 7 thru heel and arch, stable footbed so no "foot rolling" while running. CONS: flat--and I mean zero--room in toe box, meaning Saucony ignores the reality of running, that toes need room to move, toe breadth (width from ball of foot across to base of pinky toe) is very narrow, squeezing toes width-wise. BOTTOM LINE: REI and/or Saucony put it on the sale rack bc of these serious design/manuf flaws. Purchase only if you have flat toes atop a skid-narrow foot.
This is my first time buying Saucony and I love them. I love the color and they are so comfortable.
