This is my third snowshoes . 2 other brands I ordered Ended with big fiasco. You are middle of no where 12 inches of snow and your other brand falls a part after you spent so much money . As soon as I came home I order The best snowshoes . I did 13 miles of snowshoeing hiking Catskills love them so comfortable it’s easy to put it on easy to take off I highly recommend
These snowshoes are perfect for me! I'm a petite woman with smaller feet who needed snowshoes that were larger than children's sizes, but smaller than adult sizes. They are a fairly lightweight pair, so easy to walk in and carry around. I also found the instructions easy to follow and I am able to get them on and adjusted with no problems. I wear a size 5 1/2 in women's shoes, so the smallest shoe setting fits my feet perfectly. I like how snug I can make the fittings so that my foot will not come out of the bindings. This is my first pair of snowshoes that I've bought (and not rented), and for my first pair I'm very pleased with them. They also come with a carrying case, which is so convenient for storage. The only reason I gave them a four-star and not a five-star review is that I wish there was another set of metal 'teeth' at the heel or mid-foot, and not just at the toe. I think I would be able to get even more traction that way. The snowshoes do have metal prongs that run along either side of the foot as stabilizers, but if the snow is too icy, I think they might not be as effective. Besides this one suggestion, I am thrilled with my snowshoes and that I'm able to easily use them for all the adventuring I like to do in the snow. I would highly recommend them for any smaller adults or older children who are looking to buy some.
