Did not live up to my expectations

I like that the pannier has extra pockets. This allows me to separate items when I am packing them giving me quick access to items that I frequently use or just a way for me to keep heavy items separated from light items. The pannier is ridiculously priced, considering for $100 less I can purchase a pair of panniers with larger storage capacity. I went with this because I own an Axiom Streamliner Rack I assumed this pannier would fit my rack better than my Ortlieb pannier. But, they don't and to make matters worst, the pannier is advertised as waterproof but the pannier does not keep water out at all. I was out in a drizzling rain for nearly six hours and I get home, there was water inside the bag. The pannier is barely water resistant. This has turned out to be a disappointing purchase.

Missing critical rack mounting parts.

The pannier itself is nice and seems like it would work well for my commute ... if I was able to mount it to the rack. Half of the mounting system is missing.
