I debated if I should get a taller chair or a shorter chair. I ended up going with this one. What's nice about the shorter chairs: You don't need a cup holder since the ground is your cup holder. You can spread your legs out ahead of you on the ground rather than needing a stool. Of course, you have to squat lower to get in/out. The weird thing about this chair after about 4 or 5 uses is that it doesn't collapse easily for some reason. I'm not sure if it's the design, this particular chair, or just me. But I always have to attempt like 3 or 4 times before getting it. Kind of annoying. Maybe it will loosen up over time.
Primary missing item is a cup holder which is a big mistake. Manufacturer should have considered this. Also, its relatively hard to get up from this chair as it sits so low to the ground but for concerts and festivals demanding chairs be under 9" from the ground this is a great choice. Well made, durable and even the bag is solid. Chair is relatively heavy and that may make it a negative as well. I like the color and the stability just note these limitations.
I got this chair because I'm short and thought it would be more comfortable than the other taller style of folding chair. It's perfect and light. I should have bought one of these a long time ago. Very comfortable.
