real nice chair
This is a real nice, well made, high quality chair. i have had several chairs in the past and I finally spent a little more on this one and it was well worth it. From the heavy duty extra large storage bag to the ample size seating with very strong fabric this is the best I have found. When it comes to comfort, there is none better. the storage on the side arms where really thought out as well. Going to get another one. Glad I spent a little more to got a LOT more.

Nice, but...
Nice chair, but definitely not for shorter people. I had to slouch just to get my feet to touch the ground and I'm about 5'8".

Perfect

This without any question the best camp chair I have ever had. Most chairs make you feel like you are simply having to be okay with a bit of uncomfort. This chair sits me in a perfect position with plenty of room and padding where I need it. Very well thought out with great bottle /gear holders that will fit about anything I would want. It is built very strong and will last much longer than others I have had.

Big chair, not for a petite person

This chair was much bigger than I expected. I am a petite woman (5'0) hoping to find a camp chair that is comfortable for me and the chair that is not a low chair. Unfortunately REI didn't have it in store so I ordered it online. It is definitely oversized for me. The most problematic is the height of the seat. My feet do not reach the ground so it is uncomfortable for me. I could sort of rest my head though this is not a high back chair because I'm short. It is a sturdy chair and it is quite big when it is folded. Suitable for a car camping but I don't want to carry this for more than 5 minutes if you plan to bring it for events or beach. If you don't mind this chair taking up a lot of space in your car and you are not very short like me, then I think it is a good chair. Sadly, I need to continue shopping!

Over priced and not very durable

When I first got this chair I liked it. However after owning for about a year and using it a decent amount of time it has really started to fall apart much faster than the cheap Ozark Trail chair from Walmart. Actually the plastic pieces over the cup holders came off after only a week. So yeah this chair is way over priced for what it is. Also it’s too tall. I am 6’3 but it’s still too tall and my legs don’t feel as comfortable as with a chair that is slightly lower.

I just can't get over how great this chair is. It has held up far beyond any other model I have ever seen and after a year of everyday use it still feel like new. By far the best seating chair I have ever had.

Best Chair

Love this chair. This is the best build and most comfortable chair I have ever had. I have been through several and I finally found one worth the money. Good job REI on being a place to actually get great stuff.

Great all around chair

This seat is well made yet light. I have used it at ball games, camp outs and barbecues and it has been great for all of them. It is comfortable and I like that it fits easily in the bag. I would purchase another.

I can’t review an item I haven’t received.

I ordered this item online on Oct. 28, 2023 for store pickup. It’s Dec. 11 and I’ve heard nothing from REI about my order. (#A285730504)
