Good All-Around Folding Chair
Received free product
This chair is everything you could ask for in a folding chair for the price. It’s really high quality durable material, and the pouch is even the same, which is usually the first to completely bust on other inexpensive models, making them impossible to carry. Oversized drink holders are perfect for all sorts of electronics, drink ware, and everything else. It’s also roomy, so it’s comfortable for all sizes and shapes of users. My biggest area for improvement would be that the chair has a really upright stance to it. It’s almost difficult to slouch in it. Maybe that’s a good thing!?

falling apart after a few days' use
After a few days of use, the seam attaching the seat to the back of the chair had begun to come apart. I'm not a heavy person so it seems to be a case of poor craftsmanship rather than over-demanding use. I've bought a different camp chair and will be returning this chair once the covid lockdown ends and REI stores reopen.

Fair Design, Poor Execution

Received free product

I think the general design of the chair is fair. The frame seemed fairly stable and I liked the larger pocket on the armrest. Here are the two issues I had with the chair that cause me to give it such a poor rating. Within the first 10 minutes of me sitting in the chair, the seam on one of the armrests broke. The armrests kept slipping down any time I put a little weight on them.

Perfect for the Formula 1 Grand Prix

Bought 7 of these for our group and they worked perfectly for the general admission areas of the race.

Great value

Received free product

For this type of chair, it is very well made. The fabric is thicker and the frame is beefier and coated better than any I have seen previously. As a bigger guy, I am generally hesitant sitting in chairs like this. But this one is VERY sturdy, both resting in it as well as getting in and out of it. My only minor complaint is that for the shorter people in my family, the higher back leans slightly forward and is a little uncomfortable. But for the average size person, it is very comfortable. Great value for portable seating.

Affordable, durable, but not very comfortable.

Received free product

Hello - After testing this product in a variety of conditions for a summer, I can confidently speak to its durability. The product appears to be well built, which given its mandate to be very affordable, is impressive. That said, of the variety of chairs like this we own, this is my last choice to use as I find it to be the least comfortable. If I needed something well built at the lowest price possible, I would buy this again. If You have flexibility in your budget to spend more, I think you’d appreciate spending more for increased comfort.

It’s a chair.

We bought two of these and a table back in 2020 to keep in our car for being able to dine out. We’ve added an awning to the car and use the table and chairs quite regularly. In almost three years, the only issue is my struggle to get the chairs back in their bag. They always go, it’s just a tight fit. No other issues. So far, no tears, rips, or breaks with our set. We even bought two more to keep at the house for when we need additional outdoor seating. 4/5 only because of the struggle that is getting the chair back in the bag.

Loved this chair till it broke.

Currently returning this chair. Purchased in April broke mid September. Arms started fraying almost immediately but kept share because I really loved it. I am 5'1", 125 # and this chair fit me perfectly plus cup holders were fabulous for my fat water bottle, phone etc. Green color made it stand out from everyone else's. The bottom finally ripped out last night from just sitting on it, no rough stuff. Chair was in use weekly since April for sitting in my backyard. And wasn't treated roughly or left out in bad weather.

Extremely comfortable, well-reinforced chair

Received free product

I read three books over one weekend in this chair. No tired bottom or sore back. In short, this chair is extremely comfortable and well-reinforced. I didn’t feel like I was slouching in it. It provides great support. My favorite feature, however, is the fact that the drink holder can hold a 32-ounce Nalgene bottle. I also love the extra wide holder on the other arm. My keys and phone fit with room to spare. What a great design! I absolutely love this chair.
