Poor stitching
I wanted to love these boots due to slip on design Keen comfort. Unfortunately, the stitching came apart on both boots early on at the inside where boot should normally bend. I still continue to wear them daily but water gets in since stitching failed. Less than a year before I had to throw away!
100% Satisfied!
Got these boots just in time for the first snow of 2019! All around good boot, fit, waterproof, warmth and durability. Went with other reviewers suggestion to size-up and they were right! I highly recommend these for an easy slip-on and go outside and play boot!
good shoe
I’ve had the shoes for 3 weeks now and happy with the purchase. Was worried with reviews that opening was too large and shoes fit tight. So I bought half-size up—if I ordered again, I would have just bought the exact size. I don’t have wide feet. Best parts: getting in and out of the shoes, waterproof and comfortable on 2 mile walks with my dog. Bad parts: not comfortable while driving. The back edge is rubbing against lower calves when pushing the gas/break pedal. The opening is long but my jeans and sweats can still Go over them, barely. Still a good fit when I walk. Haven’t walked longer than 2 miles yet. If they last me at least two seasons, I’ll be happy.
A Good Boot from Keen
I'm a long-time Keen buyer, especially the low-cut hiking variety that I wear daily. I thought I'd give these boots a whirl. These boots don't have the precise fit of my other Keens. Being a boot, that's understandable. They are however pretty true to size and are suitable for long walks. I'd like a little more snug heel box for walking purposes. Overall, I like them. The design is sort of funky, which I also like, and the leather has a distressed look that's also cool. Recommended.
I like keens. I love these.
Same foot bed as usual Keens - big toe box, well-formed sole. Slip on ergonomics are great. Very warm, good structure and look, absurdly comfortable. As they're warm and fairly airtight, they can get a bit damp, and need be left out to dry regularly. Also, seam between sole and body can collect moisture / slush / road salt - make sure to waterproof well! I hope these last a few years - they're a great pleasure to wear.
Great quality boot
I needed a boot that was easy on/off, warm & dry for walking the dog. These are excellent. Nicely made, warm and cozy. An amazing sole gives great traction and confidence walking on wintry surfaces. I saw another review regarding size and agree, they run smallish. I cannot wear heavy boot socks or my orthotics with these. Also there is some looseness around the ankle area, while it doesn't affect my walking, it is more a noticeable difference. I've only has them a few weeks and love 'em!
keen ANCHORAGE BOOT
THIS IS MY SECOND PAIR OF ANCHORAGE BOOTS. THE BOOT SEEMS NOTABLY DIFFERENT AND WAS INQUIRING AS TO WHY AND WHY THE BOOT DOESN'T MATCH THE IMAGE ON THE WEBSITE. THE QUALITY OF THIS NEW BOOT SEEMS LESS THAN MY PREVIOUS PAIR.
Great boot
Fit just like my other Keens. Good slip on for après-ski. Warm and the wool foot bed is a nice touch. Nice to slip on to run outside or to the store. Not a hiking boot. Stupid that I have to keep typing to meet the requirements just to say I like the boot.
amazingly comfy boots
I bought these boots to walk the dog and they were even more comfortable than I remembered when I tried them at the store. Keens have great open toe boxes so I don’t have to buy a size up to get a great fit. They fit like gloves and are comfy with or without socks. I will have to get another color if they make it.
Excellent Everyday Boot
I was looking for an insulated slip on boot for a while. Living in the pnw this boot was perfect. It had the grip I needed for wet surfaces, is waterproof, insulated, and is great in the snow. I do not regret buying this boot. I've had them for 4 months now and love them, 100% recommend for anyone living in cold rainy/snowy areas.
