Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Goggles I Have Ever Owned I bought a pair of I/OS as soon as they came out & can't ever imagine buying anything else. I love that Smith came out with a woman's specific version of this goggle. Fits perfect on my face, great peripheral vision & I can't say enough about how rad the interchangeable lens are!! It's shocking how easy and quick it is to change them. I think everyone can attest to how crummy it is to ski on days when it's storming & you only have your sunny day goggles packed in your bag. Now I only care one pair with me & sometimes even swap lenses in the middle of the day in 30 seconds or less. Love them!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from helmet compatibility is not good I gave this goggle a 4/5 rating because it's actually a really great goggle - no issues with fog or ice, and the lenses are super easy to change. I've had the goggles now for over a year and they've held up great. I do take good care of them but can say that they are pretty scratch resistant also - my lenses still look almost brand new. My one major complaint is that they are not very compatible with smith helmets. I've worked at a ski shop in the past, so I've tried on many different brands. My old helmet was a Giro and it fit perfectly with my scott goggles. I was so impressed with the I/Os design, last year I decided to convert and purchase the Smith I/Os with the Smith Variant helmet. Typical advice at a ski shop is that companies design their goggles and helmets to fit great together, so I should have been safe ordering two smith products. However- I experience goggle gap (the space between your helmet and top of your goggles - not fun to have bare skin in cold weather!), and the strap is way to small to comfortably fit around the helmet - by lunch time I have deep red lines around my eyes. I have a small head (purchased a small Variant helmet), so I know it's not me that is the problem. I even maxed out the length of the goggle, and it's still a bit tight. I have to admit, it's not so tight that it is uncomfortable or painful, but I look ridiculous when I take them off and I definitely notice the difference between how snug they are on my face vs. my old Scotts. So- all in all, the goggles are great quality and I would still suggest purchasing them. However, MAKE SURE YOU TRY THEM ON WITH YOUR HELMET. ... I would suggest Smith work harder on achieving strong helmet/goggle compatibility. I would have expected a better fit from a top company.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The IO/IOX/IOS series all contain a bonus lens for storm days, and are designed to integrate seamlessly with the Smith line of helmets. As a seasonal worker for Heavenly Sports, I have sold countless pairs of this goggle. The feedback from customers has been excellent. I finally purchased a pair in order to insert a Rx lens. I was able to find a universal lens to which the optometrist applied my Rx. So far, the system is working pretty well; I just need to get more accustomed to the stronger Rx. The goggles perform with the Smith quality one would expect, and has great anti-fogging capabilities. It is relatively easy to switch out the lenses, and with practice, most people can do this in fairly good time. My only complaint is that it is more difficult to text with goggles as compared to wearing sunglasses!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not just for ladies! I was rocking Oakleys for the longest time, but my nose would get pinched while wearing a helmet. I tried the Smith IO to save my man card and all, but they didn't fit well with my helmet either. The ladies version fits perfectly though, and the lens system rocks! I have never had anyone comment on my womens goggles either; all the comments I get are how awesome they look. I don't have an overly small face either (6'1" 185lb), so buy what fits. These goggles are awesome!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love the I/Os, it's all I wear now. The I/Os is the perfect small face goggle. The lenses interchange super easy. My favorite is the green sol-x. It's perfect for those sunny days in Utah, but also lets me have snow definition even if the clouds come out and the white stuff starts falling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fit for a small face and clean look I have had these goggles for 2 years and I ski 6 months of the year. I had to order a new pair as the padding on the inside of my goggles was starting to come apart. I like the I/OS as it is the perfect size for my small face and the frame has a clean look.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not just for Women I have worn the IO/S for two seasons and plan to add another pair this year. They perform in any condition a mountain can throw at a skier. I am not a sunglass wearer when I ski, so I have worn these goggles for 60 days plus each year. My husband loves his also. I can change the lens in about 30 seconds which does take a little practice to achieve this level. Even after a face plant, the IO/S clear themselves of moisture to keep me going down the hill

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super rad! Let me be completely honest, I love these goggles - so much so that I buy a pair at every opportunity! A friend is selling an old pair - BUYING IT! They're on sale - BUYING THEM! Got new graphics that make my heart sing - DONE, BUYING ANOTHER PAIR! I've got them in every vehicle, a extra set in my pack, a set on my snowmobile and of course, on my everyday helmet. If you can't see, you can't get after anything. The I/OS fits my face, doesn't fog up and has a variety of quick-change lenses that work for any condition the PNW throws at me. Thank you Smith!

Can I use these for biking on windy cold winter days? How about at night? Is there a pair (lens color?!) that could be used during both day and night?

Asked by: Rosie137
Snow goggles can be used for cycling on cold winter days. Only clear lenses should be used for night use and are available from Smith directly.

Are these goggles the Woman's I/OS or the Woman's I/OS Asian fit, the price is consistent with the Asian fit.

Asked by: rockies hiker
These are the I/OS small/medium fit. The pricing is consistent with the vendor's pricing for this goggle size without the Chromapop lenses.
