Fits great and love the visor
I purchased this helmet a few weeks ago to replace an older helmet. This helmet fits great. I also wear glasses so the longer visor really helps when riding into the sun. It is a little expensive but I would definitely buy it again.
Perfect Fit ~ Stays on my head w/o Straps
I had previous version of the Bell Super, which did it's job. The helmet cracked, instead of my skull. Special Note: In the older version I wore a Medium. In the Bell Super 2 MIPS a Large was the correct fit.
Nice helmet.. But sizing is off
The helmet is great, but be aware. The sizing is small. I ordered one based on the fit guide on the bell website, but it wasn't even close. Once i got the correct helmet. It fits great, its comfortable and interfaces nice with various sunglasses.
Nice helmet
Bought the helmet in mid November and have worn it almost daily ever since. I've been riding a diamondback 29er on the desert foothill and mountain singletrack trails in the cove since last June, wearing a road bike style helmet. After taking on more difficult and inherently more dangerous terrain I decided I should get better protection. The helmet runs small as noted. It is also pretty heavy compared to many others, but that's part of the protection system. The temple and cortex coverage definitely feels like more protection and if I bite it, it's going to be hard and on rocks. The visor is nice since I am almost always riding into the sun in the afternoons, plus it looks cool. The only other drawback is that it is surprisingly hot given the number of vents. I will probably have to wear a cool towel under it when it gets hotter here. I also like the fact that you can buy an add-on chin bar, which I will probably do for riding up on Snow Summit when the ski season ends. Got it on sale, so saved a few bucks. Wifey likes it because the blue aggression matches my gloves, shoes and camelback. The MIPS also comes with ICEdot service, which is another plus if you fall and can't get back up.
Great Helmet
Light weight, blue color looks great, and it's very comfortable. I was initially worried that the padding around the temples was too thick and a bit of a pressure point, but I didn't even notice it while riding.
