To find your size, position a tape measure just above your ears and about 1 in. above your eyebrows. Keep the tape level to measure the circumference around the largest part of your head and then find the corresponding size in the Technical specs info.

Good Helmet
Yes , I recommend this product
The fit is excellent, and I live the magnetic chin strap. For those concerned with aesthetics, the "bronze" looks more like mustard. I'm more into functionality than looks, so I didn't feel the need to ding the rating. In all of my other helmets I wear a large, this one runs big so the medium works. I wear a 7 3/8 fitted hat. Hope it helps someone.
