Sizing notes

Measure around a flat hand at the knuckles; do not include your thumb. Also measure your hand length from the base of your palm to the end if your middle finger. Use the larger of the two measurements to select your glove size.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Toasty Warm First off, these gloves are really warm without the heat turned on. OR put a lot of insulation into them. It wasn't bitter cold when I used them - and I've only used them once so far - but it was single digits, low teens and windy - the kind of day when it gets colder around 3 p.m. At a low setting, these gloves were all around comfy warm. Worth the price of admission. I do wish the charger was USB, not proprietary. It would be great to go to the slopes with one charger. BTW - I took the retention lanyards out. It's too easy to have loose glove or lanyard get caught on a lift.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from not what you may expect Please don't let the title fool you, these are great gloves and performed well. What they don't do is make your hands feel like they've been roasting over an open fire. Its all about realistic expectations - if you expect that you're hands will be noticeably warm you may be disappointed. I spent a week skiing with these gloves in 10-20F temperatures. I found that, in comparison with my old gloves (North Face) and my skiing buddies who had good ski gloves that I was significantly more comfortable than I was before or my buddies were in the same conditions. The heaters definitely took the edge off of the cold, if not heating my hands like you may have found with the chemical hand warmer packages. Even at the high setting the heating is fairly subtle. To be fair I tried not to use high in fear of running out of power but found that by switching between high and low, and off during lunch breaks, I could easily get a full day of skiing. I also found them to be very nice even with the heaters off in the warmest part of the day. I would definitely recommend these!
