Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Active Jacket This jacket is glorious. It's definitely a jacket to be worn while you are doing something active--hiking, climbing in colder weather, walking, etc. Thus, don't buy this jacket expecting it to be your cold weather jacket. It is a jacket meant to thermo-regulate while you are moving your body. The stretch allows unprecedented range of motion in the arms. Not to mention--it's quite soft, and that's a nice thing. The original price was a bit steep, but I got it on clearance, so I'm not complaining.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Obsessed with this jacket! Such a good purchase!! I bought this jacket recently after also owning the Patagonia down sweater jacket for a few years. To compare the two - this Nano-Air is extremely soft and cozy while the down sweater can be tough to move in and is not soft. The Nano-Air is super warm and great for active outdoor hikes etc. I love to layer the two jackets together for extra warmth. This Nano-Air is probably my favorite Pataonia item I have and I am so happy I grabbed it on sale!! If you want a warm, active, flexible, stretchy, and cozy jacket - look no further!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Really wanted to love it I got the purple color. The color was awesome, but... I tried both a medium and a large and neither fit right. It has a very straight torso, boxy shape and it just didn't look right. I'm 5'6" 150lbs with an athletic build and broad shoulders from lots of swimming. Wish it had fit well, it's a really nice jacket. Might look better on someone less.... curvy?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like it This jacket is quite warm and lightweight at the same time. Excellent for layering with and outer shell in colder weather as well. True to size and fits quite well. Im glad I bought it. The only problem I have with it is the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A new favorite! I got this as a cyber Monday deal and holy moly what a treat! The fit: I'm 5'6" and a size 4, with broad shoulders, small waist and big mamma hips. The medium fit is perfect: if it were a pullover, I probably could not get it on and would need a large, but as a zip up jacket, the fit is form fitting and athletic. I layered it yesterday over a Smartwool base layer and started my hike with a full pack on in 30 degree weather. I was warm but did not sweat until the temperature reached almost 60 degrees at which point I just took it off and shoved it in my pack. It is whisper light, it almost feels flimsy but don't judge the book by its cover: The insulation is just the right balance of warmth and breathability. The fabric feels soft and is not irritating anywhere. I have taken to wearing it everywhere around the house, in the backyard but where it really shows off is capabilities is on the trails with rapidly changing conditions. In high winds, just add a hard shell and you'll be toasty warm without stewing in your own juices. I may just have to get a backup jacket. Just in case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like your favorite cozy blanket The Nano-Air Jacket is amazing! I've always loved my Patagonia Nano Puff and am so glad I added the Nano Air to my wardrobe. The stretch is terrific. It always for mobility when hiking, climbing or just messing around. It feel soft and comforting. Cover it with a light Gortex jacket in bad weather and your set. It is even super comfortable and warm to sleep in when winter camping. I highly recommend this jacket!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice jacket for an active day I was excited to get this jacket on sale. I needed something to take with on a camping trip to Crater Lake and some upcoming backpacking trips. It's very light (weight wise) but also does a good job regulating body temp. Well worth the price and I have yet to have an issue with this brand. I got a size XL (followed the sizing instructions and it fit perfectly) to accommodate for my larger shoulders and bust.

How do you suggest washing this jacket. I could not find laundry instructions on the tag? Thank you.

We recommend machine washing in cold water with a tech or mild detergent and hanging to dry.
