Fits as expected, no insulation and no pockets
My nano-air jacket has no insulation, whereas I thought it would have a small amount. That aside, my only wish is for pockets.
Perfect lightweight hoodie
We picked up a pair of these hoodies for non-winter travel, as they stuck us as an ideal weight to replace a sweatshirt or Patagonia R1 Air's, as neither of these pack particularly well since we travel light. At ~8 ounces and collapsing into the breast pocket, they pack much better. They are a comfortable and cozy fit for slender people (where other brands tend to be baggy), and the length of both the waist and arms is excellent. The jacket itself is incredibly comfortable, it's a very pleasant weight and breaths much better than most similarly weighted garments, so it tends not to feel humid when sitting around in it. It's perfect for cooler summer evenings or fall weather, where a 40g jacket (like our Protons) would be overkill. Only thing of note is that we weren't sure how we'd feel about the lack of hand pockets, as I tend to use them. They might be nice to have, but it would sacrifice the weight and packability of the jacket, so I can appreciate the design choice. I missed having pockets less than I thought I would (our R1's and Protons both have them), so that was a pleasant surprise.
