Rated 5 out of 5 by from Its the small details that count There are loads of decent technical t-shirts on the market but, currently, the Motus is my favourite. I'm 6'5" (196cms) and find I need XLs just to get the length in the back (I'm tired of cold kidneys or exposing my belly to the world on long reaches). Trouble is though, even with Arc'teryx's more athletic cuts, I find most Ts loose in the waist. However the longer cut of the Motus allows me to go a size lower and keep the appropriate length for me. The fabric and cut are both excellent, and I love the slight mechanical stretch of the fabric. I find its the small details which make Arc'teryx one step ahead of the pack

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great fit, horrible odour retention. Ok, so I'm wondering if I'm the only one with this problem. I used this for trail running, hiking and jogging in 30+ C and it just smells really really bad once I get sweaty. The fit is great, it's long and fits nicely around the shoulders, it dries quickly and I really love the blue colour, but halfway through the activity, it starts to reek. Could be me, but I also have a 2XU running top that doesn't retain odour as much as the Motus crew. I've pretty much stopped wearing it because of this. I'm 5 10", 38.5" chest, 145lbs and the medium fits me nicely. But honestly, I don't think I'll get another piece.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's good but not durable enough. It's good in any condition in summary and early fall or later spring. I wear it all the time when I go out for hiking. There is only one drawback that it is not durable enough. It's easy to be worn out. I carry my dayhike backpack when I hike, and this T-shirt got worn with the buckle on the waist belt of the backpack at the first time. I thought it maybe happen with certain brand of backpack. Then I change the brand to try it, the same problem exists. I even tried to sand off the burrs maybe on the buckles. The brand I tried so far are Osprey, Black Diamond and The North Face.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality and fit I own two of these. They're as good of a synthetic "workout" shirt as you can get! If the loose, ill-fitting Champion or REI-brand shirt is on one end of the spectrum, this is on the other. Almost feels like it's tailored. Additionally, the fabric is the best I've seen in this style. It DOES NOT show marks when snagged (not sure what the other review was talking about). I just did a hike last week, much of which was on an overgrown, thorny trail. Snag, snag, snag like all fabric but NO problems. I was concerned during, but at the end it was still like a brand new shirt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it for the hottest weather So far I've run 20 miles in it in hot humid summer weather, Hiked ten with heavy pack, and climbed 20 pitches in the heat and even light rain. It is currently the most wicking and quick drying lightweight shirt I own, and I own a lot of them. Its got a nice little bit of mechanical stretch and its actually not bad on the odor retention front so I have been known to wear it a few days in a row. Its the perfect length, I can tuck it into my harness like I like to do. Not too tight either, I like them to be fitted but not skin tight, and this is good. I'm 5'9'' and 185lb, stocky build, I wear a Large in this. Maybe not a shirt I'd wear for some off width groveling climbs, its slightly delicate feeling, but so far its tough enough and has held up well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A standout in a drawer full of mediocre race t-shirts This shirt is the best I have worn for running on both road and trail. The motus shirts use a great fabric that is nice and soft, super breathable, and lightweight. It dries quick, and doesn't get heavy and clingy when you are sweating. I have worn it with a vest pack and its fit was perfect - no bunching. Its got a few reflective bits to keep you visible at night. All in all its another well designed and perfectly manufactured Arc'teryx product. Even the tag is a nice soft rubbery material. I didn't have to cut it off!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Go To For Anything Active Or Casual I'm 6'4 195 and the large fits atheltic but not skin tight. Feels like nothing is their. Is great in the heat and for anything active. I can wear this a handful of days in a row without it stinking. Can mountain bike then roll to a spot for a brew all the while looking cool. Love this shirt, highly recommend. Quality is tip top for sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Light Its Not Even There. I have Had a couple of these for over a year and I think they are the best light weight shirts you can buy. When I purchased these last spring I was 6ft 175lb. and the medium fit "athletic" but not tight or fitted. Now I am about 185lbs and it is tight or "fitted" around the arms and chest.
