Adjustable Zoom Binoculars

Bought these because of the slide switch that allows you to zoom in on a target. at 8 x there is a clear picture, but the more you zoom in, the less light that filters in, and you get a much darker image. So wildlife viewing at dusk and dawn or on a cloudy day is difficult at the higher power magnifications. These are still by go to binoculars for smaller size and ease of use, but I am thinking of getting a better quality binocular for birding. Overall these are okay.

Nice glass.....

I think this is a great pair of binoculars for hiking or paddling as they are lightweight and compact. They are suprizingly powerful for their size. Only disappointment was that they didn't have covers for both ends of the binoculars

Good set, price is better elsewhere

It’s a good set of binoculars. The zoom feature is nice, but the small aperture hurts the effectiveness of the pair because not enough light comes in. The zoom feature really only works on bright days. The last negative is that the price is not competitive. Otherwise, it feels quality and the lenses are very clear.

very useful

Great clarity. Very sensitive to any arm vibration at high magnification requiring arm stabilization. Not a problem.

Excellent for traveling and trekking.

Great clarity, excellent durability, you don't want to know how many times I have dropped them. They still draw light clearly and focus excellently

More fun at the symphony

We have season tickets for the symphony and sit at the rear of the auditorium. The binoculars add much more detail and lots of fun to the performance. The zoom feature is especially enjoyable. It would be nice to have a device to hold the binoculars steadier to my eyes.

The binoculars are a really good quality. I bought them for birding so they did not work out for me.
