Comfort, clarity, quality, ease of use
I purchased these sunglasses two weeks ago, after considering a couple more expensive brands. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. First the comfort. These are incredibly light and they stay rigidly in place. I have actually forgotten I had them on at times. Clarity is the best I have ever experienced in non-prescription sunglasses. There is absolutely no distortion, even in peripheral views. I don't just want to dim what I am seeing, I want to see it better, and my Vigor Reflex Polarized sunglasses really deliver. The glasses are well made and they look great. Finally, the interchangeable lenses are easy to swap out and stay in place. These are absolutely the best sunglasses I have ever worn.
Great glasses
These are my 5th pair of Native sunglasses. I still have all the other pairs but I like being able to change up the styles. Not only are they stylish but very comfortable, light but the reflex lenses are great. For someone with a larger face these fit perfect. I have only had for about a week but they are quickly becoming my favorite pair. I also have the Nano2, Wazee, Larimer, and Cable. I have nothing but praise for Native. They are a bit pricey and it costs $30 to replace under warranty, but I just had to send my Nano2's out for repair after my 6 year old and 3 year old had a tug of war with them...AAAAHHHH. [...]
Not quite the right fit
I bought these shades to replace a pair that I had for ten years. So these glasses were going to have tough shoes to fill. Also its very hard to buy some things on line and shades are one of them. Anyway about the glasses. These things are made for a person with a wide nose. I have a normal to slim nose, so they seem to rest too low on my face. With that being said the top of the glasses where the frame is does not block the sun, it comes down in from the top. Unless you are wearing a ball cap. I'm going to try some of those nose pads. Maybe that will work. My 10 year old ones blocked the glare better also but that may be from them sitting too low.
Native Vigor Sunglasses
Good glasses and easy to change lenses or just remove for cleaning! Buy a leash for them and get a sturdy case for travel. Not too expensive considering what you get. I suggest you buy additional interchangeable lenses. Robert The Explorer
Great quality, stunning visibility
I compared the gray reflex coated lenses to the brown non-reflex lenses and the difference in glare and brightness was stunning when the sun was in view. I strongly recommend the reflex coated gray lenses. An overall sturdy design with a nosepiece and hinges that will be hard to damage. Nicely lightweight and comfortable. The vented bar across the top helps in two ways: it insures that air can escape upward to prevent fogging when working up a sweat, and it helps keep skin oils off the lenses by keeping them slightly away from the face (a problem I've had with other glasses). First time I've seen this and I think it is brilliant. The nearly clear lenses look really nice and provide quality protection when biking in lower light conditions.
A Great Choice
Besides day to day wear, I'm an ultra-marathon trail runner. Running in different temps and lighting conditions requires a good set of glasses. These are vented so that they don't fog up or have your eyes sweating from the heat. The Amber, quick change lenses that came with them are great for darker trails and give you the added benefits of polorized lenses offering detail and clarity second to none. I used to be a big "O" purchaser, but I think for the price as well as getting a hard case and spare lenses, make these a way better choice.
Great for Running
I use these glasses in trail and road distance running. They have a more secure hinge point than previous Native sunglasses. They are quite dark, so trail shadows mean removing them, but they stand off the face far enough to minimize fogging, and they are quite light-weight, with rubberized tips on plastic for a secure, comfortable fit. I highly recommend them.
Great buy
Very comfortable and the yellow lenses are great for riding at night. Good protection too.
Good FIt and Protection
I replaced a pair of Native sunglasses I had with these after I lost the last pair. These stick to my head a bit better when I have them up on my head in shady areas. Good coverage of the eyes so no light leaks past. In general I find the Native sunglasses to be good quality and a bit harder to scratch than the other brands I have used.
Great sunglasses
I am female and these men’s sunglasses fit and look great. These glasses also perform well and are durable. I have had this same style for several years and have had them replaced when the frames broke. I consider these to be great purchase and I’m a cheapo. Also, customer service at Native is very good. I highly recommend these.
