Good compression, for hiking...and dancing

Wore these to keep warm during a cold spring morning trail run, and was able to transition to a night of dancing. It was probably a 6-8 mile day. They breathe well and have just the right amount of support without bulk. Was surprised that my feet felt great with no swelling or soreness the next day. Usually my right foot aches from an old lisfranc injury. Highly recommend; would spring for more cushioning for a heavy trek/hike. Will be buying another pair!

smart wool compression

I love these compression socks. I was looking for some thick compression socks that would work for backpacking. My legs swell with long hikes and compression really helps. I haven’t taken them backpacking yet but I’ve worn them on several 12 hour night shifts at the hospital, they’re my new favorite! They provide compression without being too hot. I’ll probably have to pair them with some injinit liners for backpacking but so far so good!
