Don’t love them 😞
The thickness is OK overall, would be the perfect running sock. HOWEVER the toe area seems to have some kind of EXTRA THICKNESS (fold over). I put them on my feet and I had to take them off so I will be returning them.

Too many seams and insignias! Very uncomfortable!! Just make a simple sock, without all the fancy stuff!!!

I can't get enough of these socks!
I love these socks! I have maybe 8 or 9 pairs in different colors and cushion levels. Enough for every day of the week, plus wash day. They do seem to shrink a wee bit after many washings, but otherwise perfect. Love the height. . . and of course, the wool. Soft, wicking, thermoregulatory, all the best stuff. I wear them for dog walking, hiking, biking, travel and just padding around the house in the summer.

I had literally worn a couple pairs of an earlier iteration of these no-show, light weight, socks to lace. I liked them so much. I kept mending the old ones but they had finally reached the end of their usefulness. I was very happy to find that Smartwool still makes the thin lightweight no-show sock. This enabled me to replace my favorite socks. Very moisture wicking very elastic so no wrinkles.
Consistent, Comfortable Classics
I never go wrong with smartwool — was looking for something lightweight, cooling, and had a little bit of material to prevent rubbing between the upper heel and ankle shoe, and got just that. Used for day to day outdoor work for extended periods of time. Happy to have added another wardrobe staple to the closet.
