Ew

My first time buying a customized flask directly from the website. Had a bad customer service call about the order and packacge ended up having a hard time getting to my house and i had to pick it up at a facility. I then received it with bodily fluids on my cap and a scuff on the side as if it was dropped. Seemed intentional and i thought it was weird that it would come likr its lived a life aleeady, felt like i bought it used.

Disappointed with Durability

I really wanted to like this bottle. I did a lot of research on different types of water bottles before ultimately choosing hydroflask. I love the size, the fact that the cap covers where you drink from, and the wide handle that makes it easy to carry. However, the durability is just not there. The bottle is almost guaranteed to dent anytime it is dropped from waist high. I have several small dents from dropping it on my linoleum floor and two large dents from a waist high drop on concrete. I expected this to be much more durability and am worried that the damage will impact the insulation. I hope hydroflask can work on their durability and will look into something different for my next bottle.

The best ever !!

I have a black 32 oz wide mouth hydroflask that I bring anywhere I go. It's the best ever because the ice with the cold water stay for almost 24 hours. I love it so much but I dropped mine several times and I was so dissappointed because it has a lot of dent now. See attached. I guess it's to be expected for a Hydroflask . It looks beaten up but it is still the Best ever.

God Like Durability

I first got my HydroFlask in the winter of 2018. About two months ago, I had my HydroFlask sitting in my back seat full and ready for a short road trip. Shortly into my trip I got into a car accident and my car flipped four times. My HydroFlask was thrown around and laying on road a little ways away from car. Everything survived with only the tiniest scratch to the paint and not a single dent to it (see picture below). And, when I got it back a full 18 hours later, my water was still cold! I wish I was joking, but I am serious and EVERYONE is getting HydroFlasks for the holidays this year.

Love this water bottle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three Hydro Flask bottles. Two are the wide mouth 32 oz and one is the slightly taller and slimmer 32oz for hiking. It is light weight and easy to fit in my backpack weither it is my day pack or my 70L multiple night backpack. I use the bottles with lids any time I leave the house.. on errands, visiting friends, doing yard work, camping and hiking. I could not be more happy with them. They are very durable and can keep ice for 2 plus days depending on the temperature outside. I love ice water so they are a must to keep me hydrated. Even in the hot summer they will keep ice all day long! No leaks ever! Thank you for a wonderful product.

RUST SPOTS

Bought 2 32oz flask, teal and pineapple colors. Product is great keeps water cold and water. The only setback was less than 6 mths later, the teal flask rusted on the bottom -- 2 big brown spots.

After a week of use got a dent and paint chipped from the bottle. The price is too highly vs. Quality. Very dissatisfied.

Not as cold as I thought

I just bought this and do love it, particularly the color. I bought it with the "chug cap." Not sure if it's because of the chug cap but it doesn't keep my water as cold as I thought--ice cubes do melt within a few hours and I haven't even brought it to the beach yet where it can get screaming hot, so not sure how it will perform there. I like the chug cap, but once when it was not completely screwed on, I picked it up by the handle on the cap and the rest of the bottle dropped to the tiled floor. Now it is dented at the bottom . Also, I am annoyed by the fact that I just bought the bottle and I see now it's 25% off! Grr.

Miss the old model

I just recently purchased new my Hydro flask Bc I lost my old one. and I read some of the reviews about the new model that made me kind of worried, things like my water doesn’t stay cold as long as the old model. So I was hesitant to purchase the new model. After using It for a few days I’ve noticed that those reviews were right. When I fill up my bottle in the morning with a fair amount of large Ice cubes they are almost completely melted by mid day. The water stays fairly cold still but the ice doesn’t last like the old bottle. My opinion: hydro flask should’ve never “upgraded” the old model ALSO this might just be my bottle but no matter what way I screw on the wide mouth lid it is always sideways, it seals just fine but it’s just not straight.
