Seems to fit true to the size chart around the brow. The helmet is a little larger on the exterior, so you might have a bit of a bubble head. Not a ton of adjustability outside of the chin strap, so it's a little wiggly without a set of goggles around the outside, but seems plenty secure. Very warm and good ventilation. Has prevented a few bruises from some low speed bonks for sure!
