I don't know if I'll do online again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like color and style but it came with white stains and one dark one inside of jacket.

Absolutely LOVE This Jacket!

This jacket is perfect for winter days and spring days as well. It's lightweight and easy to carry around or tuck in the backpack. Highly recommended from my son. :)

Great thin coat; very warm.

My 14 year old w Autism wears this coat even though he doesn't like wearing coats. It's nice and thin, not bulky, but still plenty warm. You can zip it to the very top and kind of tuck the zipper away in the extra material up there, so your kid can't unzip it (if you have kids w special needs who take their coats off when you need them to keep them on). You can also unsnap the hood if your kid doesn't want it. The coat looks very nice on, and the quality is always perfect with The North Face.

Worst customer service ever

This purchase was accompanied by the worst customer service experience we have ever had with a company. We will not be buying directly from TNF online ever again.l! The jacket sizing was challenging for growing kids. However, what was the biggest issue was TNF not having an exchange policy and taking over two weeks for the return to be processed. We like the coat but will not be returning to TNF for future purchases.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] North Face has been to me a number 1 brand always buy for my children because of its quality I just have to say how it's changed the past 2 yrs that I have had to return and go to another I just recently bought this coat and had it replaced it's stitching isn't great and quality isn't the most great for a boy who will take this to school and Can possible get it snagged by any little thing.

Size up, Way up

I am on my third order to try to get the correct sizing. I am very disappointed. My son is going to be 11 years old and is not overweight by any stretch. With a sweatshirt, size 14-16 barely fits him. After returning, the previous size and now returning this size, I will try 18-20 as a last resort. I cannot imagine having to buy an adult size for $100 more for an 11 year old!

I've bought 3 years running, never disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fits my son perfectly. Hits below the waist so no wind blowing up but not so long he sits on it. Easily packable and lightweight but warm. Generally, he hates hoods and puts up with them to avoid wearing a hat. I told him the hood detaches on this jacket and he said he doesn't mind it because it doesn't ride up on his neck when it's off. Woo hoo.

I would buy this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this jacket for my seven-year-old grandson. He loves the feeling of the fleece lining, and I love the sturdiness of this jacket. It's a perfect fit, but I went a size up for that perfect fit. I feel that this jacket will be well-worn for at least another season. It has the quality that I am accustomed to when purchasing a North Face product.

My Son's New Favorite Jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my son's new favorite jacket and I can't get him to wear any others. We moved from Southern to Northern California in the late summer and have found our new area much chiller than our former beach community. From my past ThermoBall experience, I knew this would be the perfect jacket for the cold and cool days of Winter, Spring, and Fall.

2nd time buying this jacket!

This is a perfect jacket for my son to wear out on the weekends. (I wouldn't trust sending this to school!) He loves it and it fits him perfectly as he he is small for his age so bulky jackets don't work. This is the 2nd one I purchased, and when he outgrows this I hope I find something else that works as well for him!
