filling clumps up after just 2 washes - NOT WORTH IT
Bought two of these jackets this winter and they lasted one month. If you have kids you know how dirty their jackets can get. Just after two washes filling inside clumps up and looks terrible not to mention it does not keep them warm. Unfortunately if out of return window you are of out luck because the only option you have it to send it out for repair pay for shipping and then they give you option to pay for repair, or the best they will do they make you pay 50% for it or send it. back without the repair !! It seems a bit ridiculous to pay to repair the filling by filling the jacket with the same material. Needless to say VERY DISAPPOINTED with the product as well as the costumer service. NF you can do better than that..

Warm and definitely big enough. Only one zipped pocket however, the rest aren't. Which can be ok if your kiddo isn't prone to loosing things while being active outdoors.
Highly recommended North Face.
This is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I've purchased products for my grandkids in the past and they all got several years worth of wear.

My daughter loves it . Especially the colors purple on one side and pink on the inside and she can wear it on either side.

So soft and warm. True to size. Love the attached hood. It's reversible but we prob won't reverse it. Love the color!!!!
