Perfect for Wyoming winters!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd parka that I have bought for my daughter over the years. We have bought one in each size as she has grown. Not only do they hold up extremely well from kids being kids, but when I ask my daughter if she ever gets cold on the play ground, while snowboarding or while being outside in the Wyoming wind and snow, her response is "No Mom! I actually sweat!" This makes me happy to hear considering we live in one of the most relentless states when it comes to winter weather. Some people wince at the price tag. But not only are these quality made coats, but they are extremely warm, and that alone is well worth the price!

Really a terrific coat (but a bit pricey)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super soft, super warm and love the long tail of this coat's design. Terrific for MN weather. The sleeves are also designed well in that they crimp around the wrist with a nice stretchy fabric and have the thumb loops to hold the sleeves down when putting on gloves. This is an outstanding design for a coat for a elementary school girl. My only issue was the first coat and gloves showed up damaged due to poor packaging. I had to drive to return the coat and reorder. The North Face however, handled the whole situation well, it was just frustrating to me. I still hold North Face coats as the best for children.

5th grade approved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New York City winters are unpredictable & seem to drag. We wanted a stylish, durable & warm coat. My daughter was immediately drawn to the two color combination of the green coat/pink hood & inner layer. After the first wear my 10 year came homer from school & said "All the 5th graders in my lunch period like my jacket".

Have bought many coats here.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought coats for my granddaughters, my daughter and myself each year for the last 5 plus years. The girls are growing and my daughter and I like adding new colors to our collection. We don't even bother to look at other coat lines. We have found the quality and styling that suits us here. I bought my daughter her first coat about ten years ago and when it came time to outfit the granddaughters, we looked here first and stayed.

Amazing features on a beautiful parka!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fits my daughter perfectly and it's roomy enough that she will most likely be able to wear it again next year before handing it down to her two sisters. The North Face quality can't be beat. This jacket is super durable, looks beautiful, and keeps my daughter super warm. I love the longer length in the back because it gives her a little bit more coverage than a standard jacket. Excellent quality and worth every penny!

Warm, soft and comfortable- bought another!

This is our second Girls Arctic Parka. Our older child has one and now our next needed this. They love the fleece line on the upper inside. It is their favorite part of the jacket. They like using the finger slits on the sleeves. It hits just above the knee so that when they sit down their bottom is fully covered. In a Wisconsin winter they are never cold. We love this jacket and do not have a single complaint about it.
