Best Purchase of The Year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is my go to for 3am dog walks when it's windy & freezing. I love it because I can throw this on over a t shirt when I used to have to put on multiple layers, & would still sacrifice some warmth. I practically live in my NF Borod hoodie from years ago & this is the perfect companion. The length was the other main selling point for me; It hits right at the belt with a slight adjustment of the adjustable cords. The hood is designed in a way that even in the wind it doesn't blow off your head as other jackets I've had tended to do. You can't go wrong with this jacket & the blue color goes with everything!

Yes , I recommend this product

I would buy this product for friends and family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this coat. Very warm, comfortable and light. Great combination for a winter coat like this. This coat would be a 5 star if it had more than two pockets and a pull string for the hood. That said still an amazing jacket

I recommend and would buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color. It pops in the right way. I was skeptical at first about how warm it would keep me because it's so light. When I started to take it out in weather ranging from 50 degrees down to 15 I was amazed at how warm it was keeping me. The hood was secure on my head and did not disrupt my vision. I also bought another north face that has a higher warmth rating but I haven't needed to bring it out yet. It might take some negative temperatures for me to bring that one out. We shall see how the durability over time holds up but for now I have no qualms or regrets. I also live in Minnesota where winters aren't for the weak.

So close, yet a meaningful miss

I just bought this coat with high expectations. The color is nice, the weight is ideal and it seems plenty warm. However, It is advertised as being highly wind resistant. Walking today straight into the wind was a big failure of this coat. Wind went straight through the zipper area. Should be another flap or stronger flap protecting that area. Was very cold. The hood also kept blowing off. Is there someway to secure that. I believe I will keep this but for the money and stated specifications was surprised and disappointed it was not what was advertised. Guess going forward I will need to go backward into the wind.

No, I do not recommend this product

feathers sticking through the material

Negative side: out of the manufacturer's packaging, the hoodie had feathers under the armpit area sticking out. a pin size hole with single strands. so now kareem has to go on purchase repair material for the hood on the first day. positive side: feels warm and mediums fits well. I am 6' and 32W, with longer limbs. the construction of the jacket is good otherwise. good stitching/hem/ logo embroidered etc. If not for the initial flaw would have gotten 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Hydrenalite hoodie jacket to replace another north face coat that had no hood. It is awesome! Fits a bit snug but worth every penny and moves well when worn during activity. Wore it to walk dogs last weekend in 2 degree weather with a 29 mph wind and was not cold. I had on a T-shirt and sweatshirt underneath the coat. Considering the wind chill was well below zero I was extremely happy with my purchase. Montana gets very cold and has brutal wind chills. I think this coat will serve me well. It isn't real bulky either and can be used for everyday wear as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket can handle Chicago weather and more... Size is perfect and if you need extra warmth has extra space to wear a sweatshirt underneath... Color is great
