Disappointed With North Face
I am disappointed that this “high-end” North Face jacket did not have an outside zippered chest pocket or an inside pocket. Most higher quality jackets include these features. Also, I wish they would use a double zipper. It is a winter jacket and a two-way zipper makes it much more convenient when driving your vehicle. Guess I’ll have to stick with LL Bean.

Yes , I recommend this product
I live in the Southwest and I use my Summit Navy down jacket when the temps are in the range of 20-45 degrees. Keeps me warm but any warmer outside than that I get too hot. Find it very stylish as I don’t like the latest horizontal ribbing down jacket style. Am 5’ 10” and weigh 170 and size large fits me fine. If I lose 20 lbs I would get the size medium.

Great Jacket/Poor Product Support
No, I do not recommend this product
It’s a great coat - warm, nice/snug fit (L fits me at 6’2”, 190). Great price on sale. BUT I called both REI and NF to confirm the item was part of their “zip-in” system and would work with my NF Mountain Lite shell. Both Customer Service Reps said “yes”. BOTH were WRONG! Bummer Dan.
