New Balance  Fresh Foam X 860 v14 Road-Running Shoes - Men's

've been wearing the 860 series for years and always trusted the quality, but this version is disappointing. The material feels cheaper, and it started showing wear and tear just over two months after I began wearing them (even though I purchased them earlier for spring). Definitely not the same standard as previous versions.

I bought these in late August and the soles are already shot. I use these for walking, but the foam and rubber on the bottom is extremely soft and has worn down to the point of being smooth in several areas. For a shoe at this price point, I expected the outsole to hold up much longer. Great fit and very comfortable, but the longevity just isn't there.

Very good shoe comfortable very happy will buy again.

After my 2nd ankle surgery I needed a walking shoe that gave me the support I needed. I tried different Brands and styles and I had no success, I was having to wear 10" boots and I was getting real discouraged. I was upset at paying the high price for shoes that made my feet hurt worse. I went back to my local shoe store and explained my situation again, We tried multiple different options but finally found the New Balance 860, after wearing a few times I feel secure in wearing shoes again and my feet don't hurt as much anymore. Very Pleased

I was originally very happy with these even though the toe box is smaller than the previous model. They are very comfortable and with good stability. I'm not so happy however, with how fast the sole is wearing. I've only worn these a few times and the sole is tearing appart. This has to be a manufacturing defect. I don't understand how this was not picked up by QC. I'm very disappointed as I really loved the 860v13. Having already gone through th same disappointment with the 928v3, I'm about to give up on New Balance altogether.

The shoes were great for the first few days. Felt like i was walking on the clouds. I am walking 5 to 7 miles a day. After the first week , I started noticing that the front of the shoes already were starting to wear out. My feet and back now hurt after wearing these shoes all day. Was hoping for the best and unfortunately got the worse.

This is a terrific stability shoe that can work well for pronators and neutral runners/walkers alike. The dual density foam and eva stability plane provide a soft comfortable feel without compromising on stability. The fit is roomy and accommodating with space for custom inserts if needed. Version 14 is a big improvement on version 13.

love the new sleek design. great stability and feel for gym workouts and treadmill. just wide enough but not too wide for a size 12 wide. I usually stick to blue or black but was drawn to these.

Just wore the new pair for a 2 week long holiday - my flat feet no longer hurt after walking 10-20k steps in a day! Unfortunately the foam portion is very damaged (likely scratched from the surroundings) and the shoes look like they've been worn for years.

on my 3rd or 4th pair. 2E toe box is a good match for my needs. newest pair is tough to get the show on my foot but once there, we’re good. I’m walking 10k every morning and I only wish they lasted longer
