Comfortable EMU slippers in the Keiwa Valley
Comfort and warmth in the Keiwa Valley (Victorian Alps) is my reward for buying my Emu Platinum Ashford slippers. I have used these slippers (firm soled house shoes) every day since they arrived, 2 months ago. Excellent for warming up my toes in the morning when I am walking on cold timber floors while I get my coffee. I wear them 90% of the time indoors, while working from home, cooking and streaming sport and news programs. After an active day of snow-shoe trekking or XC sports at Falls creek, my feet and legs relax when I slip the EMU's onto my feet. It is a snug fit, I am normally a size 12, and as suggested ordered a size 13. The EMU's are just loose enough for thick & thin socks, and yet easy to slip-on. They are always easy to walk around the house and up steps, without any hint of the heels slipping off my heels. I am inclined to get a pair for outside use also. Very stable and supportive. I have enough room to use small arch support inserts. They are durable and have kept their shape despite hours of use each day. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is another awesome product from EMU, my fourth over the years, all different types. Super warm as soon as you put them on and made very well.
Definitely not an "uggly" boot!!
This is my second pair of slippers from you and once again I am overwhelmed by the quality, comfort and price. My first pair lasted me over 5 years! And believe me that was "daily use"! The few weeks prior to my recent purchase I had to tape (pictured) my old pair...only because I wore them out NOT because they fell apart, they didn't and haven't (I still use them in the garden) The star that's missing from the 5 is because of the size!!! I'm a size 10.5, I ordered a size 11(by your measures) for comfort but my toe "just" touches the the edge. So customers be generous in your sizing and get at least one size up!
Replace slipper with Gaffa tape soles.
Bob (Hubby) desperately needed new slippers. We tried getting a pair fom our local Stobies Men's wear shop. Who only had pair to size 9. In the Platinum range,So I got onto Emu website, ordered the size 11 on Thursday ,evening, and they were delivered Monday at 7.45am, by post. Bob loves them, nice and comfortable, good firm sole.
Great slippers but be careful with the sizes
These slippers are really good and generally I am happy them. There are 2 issues with them and they are they can be a bit hard to get on because the vamp is cut so high on the foot but this gets better as you wear them more. The other issue I have is that I am normally a size 12 and I purchased a 13 because I know they were going to fit small. I should have bought a 14 because they are very small fitting but I have worm them too much at this stage to return for a bigger as I thought they would give more and stretch to my foot. Other than that I would recommend these slippers

Warm, comfortable and sturdy
I purchased these originally for my son and hadn't had a chance to give them to him yet. When my son-in-law moved my car for me he saw them on the front seat of my car, he grabbed them, put them on and that was that. He loves them and wears them often. Says that they are great to walk the dog outside. The soles are sturdy, not like your typical slipper and really keep his feet warm. I'm sure I'll be buying another pair for next holiday season. Note: they do run a bit small so size up one or two sizes.
