As was stated in an earlier review I wish I had read before buying, the sole of these slippers (Rubber sole version) is drastically rounded at the edges to the point where it feels like you are balancing on a 2x4 at the center of your foot. Really uncomfortable to walk in. Shame because the wool is incredibly well made. I knew instantly, that I was going to return this purchase. I do wonder if the leather sole model is better designed. Also ordered half size down (10 from a 10.5) and they fit perfect without socks as other reviews advised.
Good quality but bad design
The wool quality is great and feels good and the shoe is well made but the sole is rounded and you're not totally flat on the ground. other deal breaker is that it's not padded so is not comfortable to stand on for along time. If they fixed those two things this would be perfect.
Great product!
I needed a new pair of slippers and read many outstanding reviews for Glerups. They are better than I expected them to be, and worth the price. Glerups are so comfortable, that I wear them in the house all of the time. The only change I would make is buying the shoes instead of the slippers.
Just what I was hoping for…
Very comfortable and easy to walk in. Size was right on. Very happy with these
Comfortable
Comfortable, warm, easy to put on and take off. We don't wear shoes in our home, so my slippers get used almost daily. After a couple of years use, they do stretch out, (get a little loose) but don't fall off my feet. I got rubber soles this time and they have more "grip" then the leather soles. (Not that the leather soles were bad.)

From when I first saw these I was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and materials. I also really lucked out cuz this was the last pair my local REI stores had in stock and it happened to be my size and they fit perfectly! They slip on easily, but stay on when walking. They are cozy, but not at all hot on my feet, and super comfortable. I had read some reviews that talked about the rounded rubber soles being an issue. I was concerned about that, and they did feel a bit strange when I first put them on and walked in them. But I figured I'd give them a few days. I wear them as slippers so it's maybe an hour in the morning and a couple hours in the evening. By the end of the second day that strange feeling was completely gone and I didn't notice anything strange about standing or walking with them - other than they are super comfortable. Not sure if I just adjusted quickly or they broke in a bit. Overall, I'm super happy and will buy these again if and when they need to be replaced!
Just get them
I’ve worn a pair for two years now. They’ve finally developed a hole and it’s time for a new pair. They are comfy and warm as a slipper. These are not intended to be an outdoor shoe. Probably the best slippers I’ve ever worn.
Unique walking experience
The edge curvature of it's soles requires more balance effort than normal shoes. I also like that these slippers are not overly warm.
