Rechargeable, bright and comfortable

Received free product

I love that this headlamp is rechargeable. Much more eco friendly than having to keep replacing it with batteries. It also comes with a charging cable. The strap was adjustable and soft against my head but strong enough to hold in place. The lamp itself had a slight curve to it so it rested comfortably against my forehead. It was also light so it didn't feel like a bother when I did some evening hikes. The red light isn't super intuitive to turn on. You have to hold the button on for a few seconds. Other than that, I'm very pleased with this headlamp and would recommend this to family and friends. I received these products for free from the REI Trailblazers sampling program in exchange for my honest review.

A good headamp

Received free product

I am only slightly ashamed to admit that I have not gotten a new headlamp in about 10 years, so imagine my surprise by just how bright this thing is! I live on property with a few acres, and am often walking out in the pasture at night and this thing helps me navigate very well! As a bonus, I also work with animals and use this headlamp to help me better see what I am doing at work. I took away one star because I find the control to switch between the different brightness levels a little difficult to navigate, though I love the fact that it is adjustable. Also, the headband stays nice and secure and never loosens on me, and I love the curved and padded piece that touches your forehead.

Perfect fit for rough weather hikes and trail runs

Received free product

This headlamp very much lives up to the description. The rechargeable battery life is excellent, even with frequent use in sub-freezing temperatures. The light is easy to tilt downward/re-angle and stays at the set angle well, even in high winds. The controls are easy to use and intuitive for switching between single/double bright lights and red. The magnetic charger is efficient. The band is easy to adjust and comfortable directly on your head or with a beanie. I’ve used this headlamp now many times for cold weather hikes and for navigating urban trail runs including in heavy rain, wintry mix, and snow at night, and am overall very pleased with its performance.

Solid waterproof lightweight-rechargeable headlamp

Received free product

This is a good option for a waterproof, lightweight, rechargeable headlamp. The battery life was better than I was expecting. I left it on my desk while I was working with both the flood and spot lights on and the battery lasted for more than 7 hours. It has a boost setting that can be used for a short period of time if you really need a bright light. There is one button that changes between modes and I felt like it was pretty intuitive if you have used other modern headlamps. It comes with a connecting system adaptor that allows you to attach it in other ways besides the headband. I struggled a little bit the first time I installed the adaptor but then it became easy to do once I figured it out. The headband felt good on my head and was very easy to adjust. I wore it while jogging for a short while. While jogging, It stayed in place, was comfortable, and the light did not swivel or shift. The only minor downside I saw to this headlamp is that it has a unique charging cable. If you were to forget it on a trip, you couldn't just pick a new one up on the road. Although as long as you charge it in advance and are careful about not leaving it on, the battery life is pretty significant so charging may not be needed on most trips.

POWERFUL Headlamp Light

Received free product

This headlamp has been great. So far I've mainly used it around the house, days without power and cleaning out my crawlspace, but also taking my dog on early morning hikes. It has a POWERFUL light and you have to be careful when turning it on, that you are not looking directly at it. It has a really great and easy magnetic charging cord. I've got my tied together in storage to not lose said cord. 10/10 would buy again.

Powerful + lightweight!!

Received free product

When I first used this headlamp (prior to reading through the instruction booklet!), I wasn’t really impressed. The weight was pretty light, the design is uncomplicated, and the light was okay. After I took a closer look at the instructions and figured out the boost feature, I was blown away at the brightness. It’s nice to be able to have a less intense setting for just walking/hiking at night, with the option of a much stronger illuminating beam that carries much farther out. I used this on a foggy night with no moon, and was able to see 100+ yards pretty clearly. I also love the smooth and silent angle adjustment—no clicks like other brands. The only feature I don’t love is the charging system it comes with. As an Apple user, I don’t have a power brick that is compatible with the style of cord it comes with, and had to purchase one to be able to charge. The upside is that the charge lasts a long time!

A great lightweight headlamp

I got this a few months ago and it’s been a great replacement for my cheap battery powered ones. The multiple settings options are nice to have for different needs (3 levels + red light) and the 10-second boost function is BRIGHT! The hinge is also much sturdier than others I’ve used and it stays in the same position as I’m moving around, it’s quite light so doesn’t slide down your forehead or anything. Battery life has been good and charging is quick. The kids love to use it too and the headband is easy to adjust and grippy.

A great headlamp for any activity!

This is a fantastic headlamp, for both active and less-active people. Need to take your dog for a night walk or scour your backyard for skunks who hide in the dark to spray the aforementioned dog? This is the perfect headlamp. So bright! Need to paint your nails on the couch in less than ideal light? Also perfect. Most importantly, it’s comfortable to wear and simple to operate. Looking forward to finding even more indoor and outdoor situations in which to use this light!

Perfect for Evening Dog Walks

I love this headlamp! It's super versatile and easy to bring anywhere. The strap is thinner than most headlamps and results in a less bulky, more comfortable fit. The battery has great longevity and is easy to charge, and I love the memory feature.
