My daughter totally loves these shoes! Keeps her feet warm and dry, while being stylish and never slipping in wet surfaces!!
I am always happy with your product I just three pairs for my grandkids
I bought these because I love to walk outdoors, but sometimes roads and sidewalks are icy. I read these are one of the best shoes for wintery weather. I have walked on snow covered roadways twice now and I am very disappointed in the grip on these shoes. I dont feel like they have any better grip than any other walking shoe I have bought for walking. Disappointed!!
I've always run through Minnesota winters in standard running shoes, but have found yak tracks, or putting sheet metal screws in the bottoms to have downsides as soon as I hit pavement, or need to go indoors. I decided to try something new this year and have not been disappointed. My feet have stayed dry in slush, rain, and wet. Transferring from outdoors to indoors, or snow to road, has been as easy as in regular running shoes. We haven't had much snow and ice yet this winter, but in what we've had, I've been stable and able to get traction. I'm still slowing down a little when I see ice, not sure how much to push these shoes, but no slips yet.
I live in Northern Canada and I run all year round, in any weather. I never write reviews but these shles perform so poorly that I felt obliged to share my experience. I bought these shoes thinking they would be great on ice and snow obviously but I couldn't have been more wrong. No grip, even on the slightest dusting of snow. Absolutely ZERO grip in any, even minimal icy conditions. To top it off, they are not even remotely waterproof (Even in dry frigid snow). I love Saucony but, if you plan to run outside in any winter condition, I would strongly recommend not buying these. I would give 0 stars if it were an option.
I got a pair of these shoes for Christmas. They are awesome. I have used them on 3 runs so far, my feet stayed warm and dry. They are great for running in the snow and slush, but be careful on the ice. The shoe fits to true size. I love my new shoes and look forward to my runs in the snow. Bring on the snow!!!
I bought 2 different styles. The ice and these ones. The ice, though they are the same size, are significantly smaller. I have been wearing saucony since I was in my early 20’s I’m 39 now. I always loved your brand and still do. A disclaimer would be nice to let people know the ice might be smaller.
Bought them 10 days ago, I have already done 120km with them only on snow in Canada and they are amazing, no wet foot from the outside, good grip... very good shoes!!
Thank you for your review and for being a fan of Saucony!
This is my second pair of Saucony Peregrine Ice +3 shoes. I have a hard time finding shoes to fit because I take a women’s size 12. Most stores don’t carry my size. My first pair of Saucony Peregrine Ice was a men’s size. I took a chance and ordered the last pair of women’s size 12 online and I really lucked out. These shoes fit good and are comfortable. I’ve worn them for a few runs and walks and find that they are good on the ice and snow. My second pair of winter running shoes were not Saucony and I will continue to purchase the Saucony Peregrine Ice.
Thanks for the great feedback Shirley!
I’m a big Saucony fan. I have been extremely happy with the running and walking shoes I previously purchased. I received a pair of Peregrine Ice +3 as a Christmas gift and was really excited about a shoe that would keep my feet dry and warm. The first time I wore them, I was about 2 miles into my 7 mile walk and felt discomfort in my right heel, this became increasingly more painful. When I took the shoe off when I got home, there was a bloody gouge out of my right heel. Shoes are extremely stiff.
We're sorry these didn't work out for you and appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
