Great Inserts
I bought this product after finding it on Instagram. I was blown away by that comfort and support of the Fulton inserts.I’m currently hiking the AT. I added the insert to my Hoka Speedgoat 4 shoes…game changer…The Hoka shoes are great but lack a rock plate.Fulton inserts add that dimension…if you like Birkenstock sandals you’ll love these inserts.
These Fit This Use
I have tried many different insoles to find the one(s) that work best for me. Some are more supportive in one area of the foot, some higher arches, some have the metatarsal support... I like these a lot because of the fit I was going for in the shoe they fit. Not too high, very supportive and rigid enough.
Best Insoles
With the cork based insole(versus plastic in most) my feet wore into them to create a perfect platform, where they don't slide like in other insoles. I have them in my hiking shoes, work boots and regular sneakers, they are great! Have been using them for almost a year now.
Very poor insole!
Found these insoles to be very uncomfortable for several shoes. They are thick and stiff. Didn't work for me. I'm an avid walker, some running, putting in about 60 miles a week. I've tried many insoles, and these are one of the worst.

I couldn’t believe how well they worked…
I bought a brand new pair of New Balance sneakers and my feet immediately started hurting from the horrible insoles that came with the shoes… I figured I’d give these a try and I am so glad I did … now I have them in all my shoes. Definitely will be buying more.

Exactly what I needed!
These insoles are really comfortable and fit perfectly in my shoes. Exactly what I needed to fix my existing shoes with bad sole support.
Very poor quality - do not perform as advertized.
Began to smell strange and disintegrate as soon as I got them. Cork does not mold to feet as advertised. After about month of use they came apart. Waste of money.
