Select the letter that matches your usual shoe size. Insoles are trim-to-fit, so if you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing half a size up. If you are between sizes and aren't sure which size to choose remember it's most important that your heel fits well in the cup of the insole - it should be "in" the heel cup, not "on" it.

I developed plantar fasciitis about a year ago and, based on a recommendation from the manager of my local XC ski shop (who is also a runner) started putting arch support inserts into all of my ski boots, hiking boots, running shoes and lifting shoes. I give these inserts 85% of the credit for my PF being resolved and will continue to wear them so it doesn't crop up again. I've got fairly flat and very flexible feet; the support these provide is perfect for me.
Needed something that would fit a thinner shoe and these were the right size. Great fit and function that I’ve come to appreciate from Superfeet.
I bought these on a Friday before my Sunday marathon. I first put them in hiking boots and they added cushion and great arch support. I put them in my running shoes and had a great run--my feet did not fatigue and had virtually no pain after the PR! I'm planning to buy a pair to cut down to fit my daily work shoes. Highly recommend!
If you love long walks in Hey Dudes, but your feet get tired, these are for you. I have a pair of insoles that move between my various pair of Hey Dudes. My feet thank me every day.
I've used these for several years now. They really do provide added support if you spend a lot of time walking around or standing for extended periods of time.
Recommended,,,Adds great support, notice immediately soon aft I inserted them, tried with and without, knew right away
Extends the stamina for your feet, no more foot fatigue and great support
I have not used this specific insole before. It probably wasn't the smartest thing to do, but I did get measured in the store to make sure that the medium arches would work for me. I sort of wish I didn't wear wool socks that sometimes rubbed against the bottoms of my feet, but I survived it, and my feet feel fine the next day :) In fact, I was feeling a bit antsy and wound up walking around a lot after the run,t oo.
While I've previously had good experiences with Superfeet green insoles, these disintegrated after 65 miles and 6 days. These were purchased to take up some volume without adding too much arch height in La Sportiva Bushido III trail runners used for a week of off-trail travel in the Sierra. Unfortunately by the end of the week the face fabric had completely delaminated from the underlying structure, rendering them unusable. I think there is a design flaw in that the layer beneath the fabric is a low density foam that cannot hold up to shear forces. They were in such bad condition that when I tried to return them, the store gave me a hard time, thinking I must have used them over a longer period; luckily I purchased them just before my trip, so I could prove I only had them for a week. On the plus side, they fit as advertised. Maybe they would work for running on flat surfaces where they won't experience much shear? I can't say. But don't expect them to last if used in more demanding situations.
it wasn't like the ones in my shoe that I was trying to replicate they gave me the wrong size at the store, and, they aren't the level I got at Fleet Feet which were "dynamic" cushion arch they were just plan cushion arch (same price for less). I often find the stock is low at the REI store. I don't know what's going on there, I initially thought they were an outdoor store but the "co-op" factor is like you can buy really hard used shoes and boots at the racks in the back for a pretty high price compared to the new price at other stores, duh.....most of the staff is friendly but you can't always find any of them and some of them give you the feeling you are entitled to a short clip and then they shut down and leave - they work all over the store, spread out. There's an elitist undertone all the times that you are lucky you are at REI but really, the stock and quality is limited. I saw a sign that said the founder figured out how to make money off of friends, maybe that's it? You become their friend and pay $ for less? Crazy with urging you to join for $30 & then get a $30 coupon but they don't tell you the coupon quickly expires. Bait and switch. Why not go to Sierra Trading down the road?
