No, I do not recommend this product
I was disappointed with these insoles. My hiking boots are a women's size 10. Per the sizing guide I need a M, but they were far too small. There is about 1/2" of space at the toe of my boot that the insole doesn't cover. They are also far too thin. I have a thin foot, but almost my full pinky toe hung over the side of these, and they didn't cover the full width of my boot.
