Fast became essential
These were my first pair of insoles full stop, and quickly became essential. Love these a lot, really notice the difference at the end of the day after miles and miles of walking at work. They’re not too squishy and unstable feeling, just a little extra comfort buffer (especially in the arches). I now have five pairs of these, in all the shoes I wear constantly. One note though is that all my shoes are women’s 9, but a Fulton 10 fits best.
Poor insole design.
These insoles are not true to size. They run smaller. I sized up to a 9. The arch is so stiff it doesn’t fit where an arch should fit the arch of a foot. It dug in the edge of my arch and was very painful. The cork on the arch side on both insoles cracked and chipped.
Disappointing
Have used Superfeet for decades but thought it might be time to try something new. Tried these and Currex. The Currex, which seemed to have no support, were awful while these were just disappointing. Some support but not as good as Superfeet.
Junk
Absolute junk. The cork began to degrade almost immediately, crumbling and falling through the mesh holding them together. Not particularly supportive, either, nothing like a Birkenstock sole. Simply not enough material to mold to your foot.
Game-changer insoles
Obsessed with my Fulton insoles! I have several pairs in all of my sneakers and continue to repurchase. Great quality and super supportive.
Good for everyday wear!
I love my Fulton insoles! I bought them about a year ago and put them in my go-to daily sneakers. They are awesome. I can be on my feet all day and not have any pain the next morning!! I can’t wait to order more pairs for my other shoes!

the best insoles i have ever used. i have spent many hundreds of $$ over the years trying to find insoles that allowed me to teach all day w/o going home in pain. the fultons have helped immensely. i have four pair and will soon buy their new style. game changer
My Favorite Insoles
I tried a few different insole brands before settling on the Fulton brand. Aline was one, Superfeet another. The only negative is they don’t do well if you get them wet.
All day comfort
Truly so comfortable and improved my overall body health. I walk a lot living in a city and these alleviated so many of my pains.
love insole
I read reviews both positive and negative. I bought larger insole based on reviews. It fits perfectly in my hiking boots. Although it looks thin, I feel cushion absorption. Since it says the cork will mold to my feet shape, I’ll buy another insole for another shoes instead of moving insole from one shoes to another. The price point is affordable compared to other insoles.
