Great Quality, Great Style!
Love these sunglasses. I'm impressed by the quality and the style of the frames. Be aware, I do think they run a little small, especially if you have a big head like I do, lol. They are sturdy enough and feel like they could take a bit of beating, which is super important for those of us who love to spend time outdoors, but I wouldn't go too crazy with them. These aren't designed to be high-action sunglasses, so I wouldn't wear them skiing, but wearing them while hiking, fishing, kayaking, etc. would be no problem. The lenses are clear and I don't notice any distortion, another sign of quality. The polarization works flawlessly. The style is great. The color is awesome. They are noticeable enough but not obnoxious. I would wear these anywhere with anything. All in all, I really like these sunglasses. As I said, the only thing I would comment on is that they are a little small for folks with a deeper/wider head. (Bonus: They come in a super nice case!)
Super Comfortable, Great Looks
These sunglasses were incredibly comfortable. I wear glasses and sunglasses regularly and often find the weight on the bridge to be an annoyance. These glasses were hardly noticeable on the bridge of my nose even after several hours of wearing. The fit was perfect for me; staying put with no slippage. The arms were comfortable against my ears as well. The look is great, as confirmed by my teenaged daughter (she has better fashion sense than me). Overall, I'd say these are a great pair of lightweight, everyday sunglasses at a very good price.
Worth the Spend
I have been wearing glasses and sunglasses for many years and I want to say these are excellent sunglasses. I have worn these almost daily for about 2 weeks. They are light and the frame is sturdy and hugs your face without it being to snug so they don't slip off. My lens tint is blue and these have been great for outdoor use. The lens coatings seems to not accumulate dust and water and doesn't create a lot of wet spots when it dries while wearing. The hinges are very nicely made and the arms open and close smoothly. You can see the clarity when looking through the lens. Glare is cut and these blues are awesome for anything water related. I cant wait to take these to the beach and lakes this spring. The sunglasses look cool and they are at a reasonable price for this higher quality. Glad to see REI is offering them.
Beautiful/Functional
I bought these for the car and just walking around. They are amazing. Super light on your face, crystal clear, and great protection from the sun. I get lots of complements on their style and they look like much more expensive glasses.
Great glasses, wrong shape for me
These are great sunglasses! I love how well they protected my eyes on trail but the glasses themselves are small. I would like a bigger frame option but besides that, I loved them.
Easy to Drive
Very lightweight, comfortable and provides a strong protection against the sun's rays. Lenses are a little too dark for use inside.
