looks great, sizing is off slightly
Love the look of these collars, quality build and material, the leash tag IS metal with a second hole for a dog owner info tag/registration tag! I docked a star cuz the size is not accurate, my dog has a 19” neck (I’m a fabricator so yes I know how to use a tape measure and I used string to measure circumference) so I bought a Large (suppose to fit down to 18”) I have it as small as it can go and it’s just a little big, my dog just turned 1 so I’m hoping she fills out a little more and it will fit perfectly. All in all I love it and my dog doesn’t seem to be bothered by it unlike woven collars and is better than leather for dogs that love water like mine!
Small Size Not As Described
Product description states that the small size goes up to 14”. The collar did not fit my dog so I used measuring tape to validate the length. The collar has a circumference of 12”, which means the utmost size listed should probably closer to 11” maximum. Material seemed nice otherwise, but I would recommend a medium collar unless you have a very small dog.
Great quality, color different than expected
I do like the build and quality. Small but mighty detail is the separate ID tag hole on the D-ring, love that for tag security. However I expected Deep Lake Blue to be closer to a muted Navy, appears a lighter Slate.
Terrible, worst dog collar ever designed
This is the worst dog collar I have ever seen. It is close to 1/2" thick on one side, it is ridiculous. I ordered the small and my puppy hates it. I don't blame him, it would be like wearing a 2x4 around your neck.
Amazing Quality + Look
I have had 3 Herzog collars (and leashes) for all my pups and they each love them! The collar is super easy to wash for when they get into mischief, and it doesn’t loose it’s awesome color or fade. It’s also easy on their fur and seems comfy due to the natural flex of the soft silicone. Lastly, they look awesome, compliments all dogs’ cuteness! Our pack couldn’t love Herzog products more, highly recommend!
Excellent upgrade for hiking doggos
I was looking for a sturdy, durable collar for our yellow lab who goes hiking and backpacking consistently with us. This holds up wonderfully in all weather conditions and continues to look good as new, even after he takes a dip in the river on our hikes. The clip is really sturdy and we have never had an issue with it unclipping on it's own, though we never walk him by his collar. It's doubtful that we will need to replace this anytime soon, but I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another.

Love it! It’s a little stiff at first but it loosens up. They have great colors, which some dogs like a blue heeler not all look nice. I think it’ll hold up nice!
Excellent dog collar for dogs who love water
This is the nicest dog collar I have had, it seems to be very well made and the waterproof material is great when we take our border collie to the beach. I would recommend this collar for sure, we will be buying the leash next.
