[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Absolutely Love these hiking shoes from Merrell. We do a lot of camping and hiking during the warmer weather. When I saw these hiking shoes I knew they had to be mine, they have purple accents and purple is my favorite color what's a girl to do. Not only are these attractive hiking shoes but they are functional as well. The sole on this hiking shoes has great tread making it harder to slip and fall. If I decide to walk on uneven terrain I have piece of mind knowing that I have a great, sturdy pair of hiking shoes on keeping my feet comfortable and secure. If you enjoy hiking and exploring the outdoors or just need a new pair of hiking shoes I would look into the MERRELL brand I'm positive you will find the perfect shoe for you.
Very disappointed in Merrell. I bought the Moab 2 Mid Waterproof Hiking Boots in 2020 and that pair lasted me a solid three years. I purchased the new Moab 3 model a few months ago and have hiked maybe 30 miles in them. The first hike I went on one of the shoelace tabs ripped off. By the third hike I noticed that the rubber around the toes had begun to peel away from the fabric. Additionally, the sizing was a bit different from the Moab 2 model...in the Moab 3 my feet slid around more and I got rubs on the bottom of my feet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How "Sweet" these Merrell-Moab 3 Mid, Hiking Shoes are! These are Very Well made and look good with any Outfit. I found when ordering, to order Up a Size. The boots held up to a weekend of tough hiking, water, rocks and even a branch or two. So if your looking for a Reliable Hiking Boot then Merrell-Moab 3 Mid, Hiking Boots could be for You!
Thank you for the awesome review!
I bought these last summer to mow a very hilly property. 17,000 steps per week at 30 weeksand counting. I normally wear an eight wide or an 8 1/2 regular. I ordered a 8 1/2 wide but they are still too narrow in the toe area so if I were to buy them again I would probably go up to a nine wide to get that extra quarter inch. I really don’t think these are worth the amount of money they charge for them but they are holding up well. I don’t know that I would buy them again for the same price but I would consider purchasing them on sale.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i got my Merrell Moab 3 Mid Hiking Shoes in Bracken/Purple, I figured they'd be good for hiking, but I didn't count on how comfy and padded they would be! I have plantar fasciitis, so I thought I could never wear a comfy shoe again but the padding in these are amazing! And I can wear them without pain free because that arch support is not going to be bending any time soon! Trust me I tried haha They were so nice to walk in, feet didn't get sweaty or sore. For like a glove! And tons of toe wiggle room!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received it days ago and could not wait to try it because I wish to get Merrell’s shoes hiking. It is good quality and value, easy to wear, and comfortable. Good for work and hiking. You can wear it in winter too! I am so happy to get it!
Purchased the Moab 3 Mids and there was no break-in period, which was awesome. I was noticing a slight uncomfortable for my right foot, as if the arch support on that side was out of whack but usually once I started my hike, it would fade away. I wanted to love these in spite of that but the other day on a 6 mile hike, my toe got snagged on a root and the upper rubber toe cover ripped clean at the seam. =‘( I’ve had these less than a month and thought they were durable enough to withstand something like that, must be a factory default?? Returning and probably will try another brand.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cant say enough about the Merrell Moab 3 mid high hiking boots! They are very stylish and they fit like a glove and that's exactly what you want in a hiking shoe/boot ! My feet never feel cramped or stiff after a good long hike. Plus they are made so well and hold up exstreamly well also. I highly recommend the Moab 3 mid hiking boots they support your ankles very well and your feet feel relaxed after a great hike! Thank Merrell for such a great hiking shoe!
I’ve had similar pair for years love love love them
We love the love!
For some reason, this is the only NON-WATERPROOF hiking boot that REI carries. I needed a boot for summer fieldwork in the hot desert so I got these, (trail runners are not permitted due to thick long thorns). These are not very comfortable, even with adding my own insole. I got hot spots and blisters on my feet and toes, dreaded having to put these on and wear them for 8+ hours. I had to size up and go with the wide width because these run short and narrow. Even though these are not waterproof, they are not very breathable, at least not enough for 95 degree desert fieldwork. Unfortunately, it's extremely hard to find a boot that is NOT WATERPROOF anywhere and so I have to keep these and deal with the discomfort.
