No, I do not recommend this product
Bought these on May 12th 2025. I use them for just 13 days of hiking before a small dried up twig punctured through the bottom of this boot and into my foot. There is apparently a softer material design through the Vibram soles located at center of this boot. I was walking through some dried bush brambles and a small dried twig went through the bottom of the softer segment of the sole and into my foot. However, these boots are comfortable straight out of the box and didn't feel like they needed any break in before wearing them. I recommend, these boots only for light hiking on paved trails or dirt trails but not for intensive hiking off trail or where various debri is encountered along the terrain. I will be returning them.

Love the shoe and muted colors

I am super picky when it comes to my hiking shoes. I hike around 5 miles a day 6 days a week and do extended hiking trips throughout the year. These are extremely comfortable right away. I didn’t need to “break them in”. I also like the selections of colors currently which are a very soft muted palette, which wears nicely with the dust and mud accumulation. I am a 7 1/2 shoe but I always buy an eight in hiking boots and these fit perfect. Solid shoe for those who supinate or pronate

Awesome hiking boots

I bought these for a trip to Iceland and they were fantastic. My feet stayed warm and dry walking through streams, hiking over glaciers (they’re crampon compatible), and meandering around Reykjavík. They got soaked through when I was horseback riding and we encountered a chest deep water crossing and I thought surely I’d destroyed them… nope! I rinsed them with cold water in the sink after our trip and they look almost brand new. I’d highly recommend these!

Great from first wear - no break-in needed
Yes , I recommend this product
So comfortable from the very first wear - they definitely get muddy/dirty quickly because of the suede but overall very happy. Hiked 30+ miles without breaking them in and can't say enough good things. Quality overall seems great.
