These shoes feel great! They are lightweight and are snug in the heel (heel isn’t sliding up&down). They are lightweight and crisp on the road. Will likely purchase again.

Weird Heel Cup and Flap

One of the reasons I'm a big fan of Topo Athletic shoes is the fit of the heel cup. The heel cup was loose and flimsy-feeling in this shoe. Additionally, the achilles area has a weird flap that I'm sure would've made a great pebble catch had I chosen to keep these.

Weird heel flap

I loved the wide toe box on my first pair of Topos (Fly-Rite) so I bought this pair on sale, but the weird heel flap rubbed my ankle bloody on the first wear. No wonder they’re half off.
