Fantastic
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality, fit, and appearance. The hue reminds me of the eyes of a long lost love from days of youth. It envelopes me with a warmth only found in the rich Corinthian leather of my Chrysler Cordova.
Good Jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amaizing I love it and I gonna buy more thanks here
Not Bad, Not the Best, Good
Wanted a warm coat that wasn't as "puffy" as my current one but this one is just as "puffy", really widens at the waist area. But, it doesn't go half way down my thighs like my previous coat, which helps. Materials are nice, insulation is thin. Wore it in 20 degrees fahrenheit and experinced cool/coldness in the arms and back. I didn't experience any added warmth from the omni heat technology which is only present in two small pads covering the chest and a larger pad which covers about half of my back. It does feel nice to wear, it has much more style than my previous coat, and keeps me just warm enough so I'll keep it.
A nice jacket at a reasonable price point.
I'm 5'7" 155-160lbs with a 31" waist. I purchased the small and was a bit concerned about the fit because I normally wear a medium. The sleeve and torso length were both good, but it was a little snug around the hips and I had to store my phone in my pants pockets due to the fit - I may not have had this minor issue if I selected the medium. The jacket felt a bit blocky at higher speeds. It kept me plenty warm with a couple of base layers over a few 25-35F days. The quality of the lining and shell seems good, but the zippers feel a bit cheap. This is a decent jacket at a fair price point, and it's good for the type of person who will only hit the slopes a few days per year.
Warm coat, bad ventilation
I purchased this coat and was excited to try out the omni-heat feature Columbia puts into their coats as I haven't owned one with this technology before. I purchased it mainly for use while snowboarding to which I have been doing on/off for about 15 years. I bought size large and it seemed to fit well with multiple layers. The coat is without a doubt a warm coat. I could wear it with a base synthetic layer and be all set on a mild winter day. My gripe with the coat is does not breathe well or vent heat/sweat out of the coat while under heavy physical activity. As I wore this throughout a full day of snowboarding, I could feel the drips of sweat in the coat, I made the mistake of wearing a synthetic down coat once with it and it was drenched by the end of the day. My only relief during the day was to open the main zipper half way to keep myself cool. I am debating returning the coat for something else that is a bit lighter and offers more ventilation, especially arm pit vents.
Great fit and great function!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great jacket! Kept me warm and dry on a ski trip to Montana. I used the jacked with a single base layer and was very comfortable on the slopes. Added a fleece mid-layer for snowmobiling and it was perfect.
Super ergonomic 🤩
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing jacket, it’s a great fit and the new inside material really insulates from cold
I’m a Fan
Excellent water repelling, nice and toasty warm insulation throughout, and fits really great. I’m 6’0” and 185 lbs and ordered a large which is perfect. I do wish they had armpit vent zippers, but overall very happy with my purchase especially for the price.
