I have many of their bags and have recommended to family and friends, but the (only) white( so far) stand up bags keep on breaking :(
Got this one in Green and I love the color
The Stand-Up Mini Bag to me is like a Stasher Sandwich size bag that stands with a lot more room. I love the variety of sizes in the whole Stasher bag/bowl line. The colors are so vibrant. I use this bag size (I have 2 of this one) to hold some dog treats that need to be in an airtight container to stay soft for my senior dog and the 2nd one I used to heat up my frozen veggie mix of carrots, snap peas, edamame, and black beans with a light sauce. SOOO good!!! I eat right out of the bag too. Perfect to carry lunch in.
Nice bag, NOT FOR AIRPORTS
I like my Stasher bag a lot. Does the seal burst sometimes? Yes. Have I learned not to store anything that’s not solid food in it? Yes. (I learned the hard way after a mishap with a bag of very ripe raspberries.) But do I save a ton of plastic bags and feel like I’m doing something positive for the environment? Yes. But I wanted to write this review to contradict the other review! This particular bag is too large to meet TSA restrictions. TSA allows one quart-sized bag of liquids in carry-on bags. A quart is 32 fluid ounces. This bag is 56. If you bring your items through the TSA line in this bag, you will run the risk of getting your bags searched and your items thrown away. Do not use this as the other reviewer suggested!

i use plastic bags as my food storage go-to so i was excited about a sustainable option. This on is just okay however for the price, it should be great which makes it bad. While the idea of a reusable environmentally friendly bag is admirable, the execution feels like a sophomore industrial design C+ project. Opening the bag is cumbersome. The translucent material makes it difficult to determine whats inside. it stains VERY easily and who wants to have stacks of plastic bags on the terrace sunning alongside you? I won't buy anymore nor will I recommend this product, just the contrary. I would like to invite you to my next Tupperware party.
Perfect for gifts!
I'm a huge fan and just bought over 30 to give away as gifts. I may even order some more! A work colleague saw me using a snack bag and demanded to know where to get them... so I realized I had to distribute at least 6 sets to our Thanksgiving office party this week. My only wish is that you had included enough of the recipe card so I could give one to each recipient. Only one came with them all. I also will have at least 4-5 other gifts to distribute and I won't have cards for them either. In my next order, I'll make a note to ask for more card! You have created a fabulous and much needed product that also makes a great, colorful gift! Thank you.
All-around star!
In my home, these are the most versatile bags. I use them to keep produce in the refrigerator; I swear things stay fresh for days longer with these bags than without. I also use them under the sink and in the laundry room to store bulk cleaning supplies that would be ruined if they got damp. When I go somewhere that involves swimming, I always take one of these to put my wet suit in to keep everything else in my bag dry. I have wet-erase chalk markers and it makes it easy to label the bags and then change the labels if the bag takes on a new purpose. I keep thinking I have enough of these bags, then I find new uses, run out, and have to get more (not to mention a few friends have talked their way into taking some of mine!).
These are hands down the
These are hands down the best alternative out there for ziplock bags. They arrived in a cardboard box with no plastic film which is amazing. They clean easily, have great sizing options and they keep food protected in the fridge. Opening them can be a little tricky sometimes but well worth the extra attention. There are a bunch of cleaning tips that you get when you receive the bags that have come in handy and actually work! I’ve put some turmeric lentils in or more pungent food and a little white vinegar really gets the smell out, or baking soda and lemon to undo the stains. I was eyeballing these bags for awhile and am so pleased with them so far.
Stasher stand-up mega is a winner
I love all my Stasher bags, but the stand-up mega has proven to be especially useful … so much so that I bought a second one. I use them mainly for produce, like lettuce and broccoli. I’ve found that my fruits and veggies stay fresh longer. And it makes me feel good knowing that I’m helping the environment. I love that the bags come in pretty colors, yet they’re transparent enough to see what’s inside them. The bags have a good tight seal and are very durable and easy to wash, whether in the dishwasher or by hand. And the mega holds way more than I thought it would. Also, the bags always arrive promptly. I highly recommend them!

Hello Stasher . I have now eliminated all Ziplock from my life and it feels great ! I am a camper / cooker and take numerous adventures into Nature with my offroad teardrop trailer and my hound. I have been using the Maga Stand ups to freeze water before trips , utilizing the frozen bags like block ice for my cooler . No melted ice water in cooler ! I then use the melted ice for my daily water needs . I would like to see an even larger bag ,,, Ultra Maga Standup , for this application . Maybe a focus on camping bags in future and an entry level starter pack at a discount to get more peeps on board who balk at price from the start . Excellent product! Marcus
Great quality, one problem
I have ordered Stasher products twice based on their flexible use, business model, focus on the environment and practicality. We really like them and have loved sharing our overall positive experience with friends and family. We primarily use them for food storage in the frig and taking to/from work; we heat food in the microwave yet have not used them in he oven at this time. We clean them by hand-washing and in the dishwasher. This week one of the Half-gallon sandwich bags melted with two holes as it was cleaned in the dishwasher. I was very surprised and a bit disappointed. Is it possible to replace this bag? Thank you for your consideration and direction!
