Faulty 2-piece top has made it impossible to use

I have other YETI products that are great. This one is not. From the start, the two-piece magnetic top has not worked properly. It came apart with the lower part now impossible to remove. While YETI sent me a replacement top I can't remove the lower piece to try to install it. So disappointing, especially because my husband has Alzheimer's and I bought it to keep his hearty soups warm for his lunch. Unfortunately YETI wouldn't let me return it because it had been used. They said it was a warranty issue; It's a faulty design issue. At least that has unfortunately been my experience. I may just have to throw the whole thing out and find another brand.

One Great Food Jar!

Initially I was unsure about purchasing the food jar because of some of the views I’ve read about the magnetic lid but after receiving my food jar I was even more baffled why someone would write such a review on the difficulty of using it. It is a great product and easy to use! Everything else is top quality as you come to expect from Yeti,

Another option besides a sandwich!

Used just once now. Packed chicken soup early morning and it was still a pretty good temperature quite some time after lunch (3:00) when I decided to eat it. Definitely a good investment to have other options. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another. Easy to use once you read the instructions or watch the video..

Life Saver!

Paired with the clear top food bowls, this jar makes it so my husband could have a hot meal paired with something fresh... like a salad or fruit. My husband is a cancer surviver so having fresh and healthy options is a must! Thank you YETI for these great food storage options!

Not so Hot

I does keep food…. Warm not hot. Before this new container I would put my hot food in a zip bag and place it in a yeti 26oz water bottle and my food would stay nice and hot. So I’m back to placing food in 26oz yeti. I put in zip bag to keep it clean. Great design though.

Exceeds expectations

Love it. As with any other Yeti product, it does exactly what it says it’ll do and does it well. I’ve used it multiple times in the short time I’ve had and not at all disappointed. I’ve put hot food in there and hours later, it still warm and ready to eat.

Insulated food jar.

As per all the other reviews the lid is impossible. Thought it was damaged, but just a flawed design. I was wanting to take them on a cross country trip this month, but they are useless. I love Yeti, Not These!!!

Good for lunches

Birthday present for my dad as he heads into harvest season. Sandwiches every day gets old, and he’s enjoyed being able to keep potato salad cold, or something like leftover chicken and dumplings hot!
