Low Quality - Risk of Injury or Death

Probably the worst accessory I have ever used on my bike, and I own a lot of ridiculous bike bags and accessories. For the first month it worked fine when I used it, but today I put it on for a rainy joyride, and it popped off while I was going a mere 10mph on a smoothly paved flat surface. I ran over it on my back wheel and crashed, sustaining a moderate concussion. I cannot imagine what would have happened if I were on my down hill commute to work going 20 and it popped off. This is a cheap product for a reason: it belongs in the garbage. Might get a couple months of use before trying to kill you.

Does the job

I bought this and the rear mud shovel back fender from PDW - they "get" cycling. A real must for fat tires. I use this in conjunction with a "true" front fender . This attaches to the frame - not the front fork - but it does a great job of deflecting and protecting legs and feet (mostly) from much, yuck and slush. - especially when coupled with the true front fender. Honest broker - I haven't tried it by itself - afraid I would get a face full - but in combination it acts as a great backup and supplement. Easy to put on and take off (which the front fender is not) so I only use it when I KNOW I'll be riding in messy conditions (which is most of the time on my fattie).

Fit 29er

Product fit a med 29er with a 3x derailer up front. Kept water and debris mostly off frame and made washing easier when I went mudding
